hi there ^^
these characters are from a cartoon called "Steven Universe" they're both mainly side characters and do not have very big leading rolls despite having episodes dedicated to them.
the one on the left is "kevin" and the one on the right is "Jamie", they have never ever interacted in the show and as far as we know they are not even aware of each other's existence, this ship/pairing is 100% fanmade, the fandom has paired them up cause their personalities clash quite drastically and it can make for some interesting scenarios I suppose.
though these days I personally would really rather disassociate myself from this pairing ^^" you can see exactly why in the description but yeah. hope this helped you out!
