ok so . . . this is OBVIOUSLY not the appropriate form of fan art for Cruella (age wise, that is - even if she is evil, age brings character and class)it STARTED as a fan art piece that led to.. basically the concept.. theeen it kinda fell apart as my financial accounting class STOLE any soul I had left in me to do any better, XD
but HEY at least I'm practicing, :3
