I can't tell you how happy I was when Videl first flew in Dragonball Z. I mean... it was more impressive to me than any sayjin blowing planets up. It kinda went back to the days of Dragonball where flight was an extreme privilage and you appreciated it every time you saw a character pull it off! Videl, being a human, makes it especially nice. Well I drew this in celebration of such an episode back when I first saw it (late 2001). I hope you can feel my pure bliss through this picture. Note: The background is not mine... someone else made that photo. I'm not taking credit for it.Related content

Hi, I'm new here so I just started browsing. THis is a very nice pic. Videl is one of my favorites from DBZ. She's very cute and you did a wonderful job on the hands. I have trouble with that area, I'm not sure why.

Cool! I think Videl is especially awesome myself, mainly because she's a cool "i don't care what the hell you think" tomboy, and because she's like, the only human who can ever match up to the z warriors. Go Videl!

It's been... SO long since I've seen any Videl art. Videl was my FAVORITE character from DBZ (it's been so long since I've seen it, though!), and Gohan was my second-favorite. You did a great job on her! ^__^

This is an awesome picture! I must admit, Videl was one of my fave characters from the Buu Saga. She's very impressive. For being "just a human" and being able to fight the way she did. She got beat pretty bad at the tournament, but she really held her own.

Eh... she only got beaten bad because Spopavich cheated like mad. He would have so gotten his butt handed to him if he had not cheated as was demonstrated with her beating him about 3 or 4 times before it became clear he was cheating. I mean really... she "killed" him on her 3rd try and he just set his head back in place.

Videl, once of the innocent aspects of DBZ that picked it back up for me. Then again, I was just thinking about when I first saw the first season english dub on FOX back in 1996, then was canned for years after that to be picked up again.
