I bet he's going to look for burried treasure. Or to steal somebody's birthday cake.

Excellent composition. The movement and texture of the background intensify the two perfectly placed focal points. Great job!!

i like this! I do have a question though. Did you paint something, scan it, and then use photoshop effects? Or was it made purely by the computer? Either way i love it

Mostly digital with normal brushes - no special effects other than normal adjustments..
I have just started using pencil sketches, it cuts down on the time I use on each piece, so thats good.

Cute. I wouldn't have had it down as digital if I hadn't looked at the category. You've used some nice textures in this to give it a more antiquated feel. I'm guessing you've never read any Jane Hissey?

The way I do it now, is sketch on paper scan, and then the rest is done in Painter and Photoshop..
But 95% computer and 5% pencils..
No special effects or anything in that direction.. Perhaps some color adjustments contrast settings but I try and "hit" with normal brushes and nothing else..

Photoshop is just a tool, I feel more like I made it, to be honest
No stupid effects or anything in that direction was applied.

1px brushes and scribble away
Gets a little boring with 8000px wide images, but it pays off in the end!
