A week or so ago, VegasMike [link] asked if he could color my b/w outline work of Zyder, my Minotiger charcter. [link]He managed to not only do a great job, but somehow did it in under 5 hours on Photoshop. O.O Yeah.
So, having given him a 600 dpi version of my b/w outline work, I can't wait to see what the un-compressed 300dpi version looks like when printed off.
Kudos to VEGASMIKE for being so kick-ass with his mad coloring skills.

yeah, Vegasmike really rocked out on that one. ^.^ I was super-impressed. I can't do color to save my life, so having someone who didn't do work that looked like a 4 year old with crayons was amazing.
BTW, where'd you find the lineart of Zyder? My VCL, or my website? Just curious about your path to my place here.

Yeah, I've been looking for someone with great coloring skills to color anything of mine and Vegasmike asked without me prompting him to. And he rocked out on this one. A lot of his stuff is computer colored and so I thought he would color this in Photoshop or something.. but it eventually dawned on me that it was marker.. and it's incredible.. hell, I wish I could get the original. Oh, well.

Hey, you're preachin' to the choir here. How tall is he? 'Cause if he's like 7 or 8 feet tall, with those porportions, his arms would be bigger around than my waist! 
And yeah, I was really impressed at the sublety he got out of such tightly-packed marker strokes. Just an overall incredible job.

Well, I think the character sheet says he's closer to 10 feet tall. He's certianly a biggie.
