ATTENTION! PLEASE FAV THIS OR AT LEAST LINK TO THIS AS THIS IS AN IMPORTANT ISSUE WHICH AFFECTS MANY DEVIANTART-MEMBERS!FULL VIEW FOR ALL THE DETAILS
A lot of you already read the newsarticles about the websites "art4love.com" and "markyourspot.com", which stole artworks of a lot of deviantART members and tried to sell them on said websites for not little money.
I, too, read those articles and shook my head as to this kind of fraud and scam, but i never had thought that i would find myself among the victims.
Then a few days ago, comment on my deviation "PWND", that it, too, had been offered for sale without my knowledge and against my will on said websites.
Upon further investigation, i found two more ow my pieces (for a total of three pieces) that had been taken from my deviantART gallery and been offered for sale on said websites, namely:

"Wild Wild Chess" [link]
Both websites are now DOWN, but there still is a gallery of screenshots available here [link] for you to checkm if your artwork or that of your friends has been stolen as well.
deviantART Senior Member Alexiuss is trying to put together a Class Action Lawsuit against the owners of these websites, so PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THIS
Also, is still looking for donations to support and fund said Class Action Lawsuit against these guys, please contact him for more information on how to help the cause and support this case.

I want to thank for taking the time to notice this fraud and scam and taking the time to bring it to my attention,and i would like to say thank you to for putting in all the effort on this subject, trying to organize the lawsuit and all the support on this. As i stated in the comments: someone is trying to put together a Class Action Lawsuit against this dude, Chad Love Lieberman (google him),as he ripped off over 180 artists in this way! Over 2000 stolen works...
I hope it will be succesful, but for now, all we / i can do is to spread the word...

Ich werde morgen an einem neuen Journal-Eintrag arbeiten, in dem ich auch ein bischen mehr ins detail gehe.
Heute hab ichs leider nicht geschafft, denn wie Du Dir vorstellen kannst, fällt es mir eher schwer, da drüber zu schreiben ohne... ahem... "zu emotional" zu werden xD
Kurz zum Hintergrund:
Bei der Person, der besagte Websites gehören auf denen anderer Leuts Artwork so teuer verscherbelt wird handelt es cih um den recht bekannten "Chad Love Lieberman" (google hilft!), der ein recht grosser bekannter Name in der New Yorker Kunstszene ist... Dieser... Mensch hat zum einen Buch geschrieben darüber, wie man mit Digital Media Erfolg hat, das in sich selbst schon ein Plagiat ist und macht, laut eigener Angaben, im jahr um die $100.000 US Dollar mit (anderer Leuts!) Kunst. Das ist ne RIESEN SACHE hier.
Interessanterweise sind beide Websites (art4love sowie MarkYourSpot) bereits DOWN, da sie,soweit ich weiss, auf Grund dieser Angelegenheit geschlossen wurden, jedoch gibt es eine Screenshot Gallery (siehe Artists Comments hier) auf der Du nachschauen kannst, ob auch Du betroffen bist. Ich hab schon mal für Dich und andere mitgeschaut, und mir ist zumindest nichts aufgefallen, aber Du kennst Deine Sachen halt besser.
Der gute und sehr nette Alexiuss ist gerade dabei eine Sammelklage zu organisieren, an der ich auch teilnehmen werde (bin schon auf der Liste der Opfer). Zum derzeitigen Zeitpunkt sind circa 180 (!) deviantART Mitglieder von dieser RiesenSchweinerei betroffen, und die Zahl steigt stetig. Wie gesagt, google diesen Menschen (also den Chad love Lieberman) mal, um Dir selbst ein Bild zu machen und lies dies hier, wenn Du mehr wissen willst: [link]
Ich weiss nicht, ob diese Sammelklage zustande kommen wird, da sie aus Spenden finanziert werden soll, und wenn, dann weiss ich auch nicht wie die Rechtslage aussieht und wie gross die Chancen auf Erfolg sind, aber ich will halt nichts unversucht lassen.
Sollte es NICHT zu dieser Klage kommen, so will ich zumindest die Fakten so weit wie möglich verbreiten, damit die Leute WISSEN woran sie bei dem Herrn sind, was auch der Grund ist, warum ich morgen ein neues Journal aufsetzen werde.
Es gibt da noch einen weiteren Grund, warum es so wichtig ist, hier die Massenmedian zu nutzen um das Wort (lol) zu verbreiten:
Chad Love Lieberman will sich, laut eigenen Aussagen in einem Interview, im Jahr 2014 als Kandidat für das Amt des Gouverneurs von New York aufstellen lassen. Sein Thema fpr den Wahlkampf soll dann wohl "The Art Governor" sein, was ein WITZ ist, der seinesgleichen SUCHT!
Die Petition für seinen Wahlkampf ist sogar schon online...
SO JEMAND DARF UND SOLLTE KEIN POLITISCHES AMT ERGREIFEN, DENN ANTIDEMOKRATISCHER UND ANTISOZIALER GEHT ES KAUM NOCH!
Was die Frage angeht, ob er welche von meinen Sachen verkauft hat:
Das ist im unklaren, schliesslich sind beide Seiten, auf denen er sie angeboten hat bereits down. Allerdings wird sich das nioch zeigen. Sollte es zu einer Klage kommen, wird das jedoch anteilig berechnet. *WENN* jemand etwas davon gekauft hat, dann tut es mir jedoch in der Seele weh, denn diese Käufer wurden zumindest gleich dreifach betrogen: Zum einen haben sie den Print dann nicht von demjenigen der das Motiv gestaltet, zum zweiten haben sie dafür eine HORRENDE Summe hingeblättert und zum DRITTEN sind die Sachen einfach nicht für FineArt Prints GEDACHT, denn dafür ist die Auflösung VIEL zu gering! Alles was grösser als ne Postkarte ist und mit diesen Motiven bedruckt wird wird ULTRAMIESESTE Qualität haben.

Ich habe mal einen Blick in die Datei geworfen, so hundert Bilder durchgeklickt; von mir hab ich glücklicherweise nichts entdeckt.
Wenn der MAnn in der New Yorker Kunstszene beliebt ist, dann sind die "Kunstverständigen" aber farbenblind. Die Bilder ähneln sich zwar in den Motiven, aber die Bilder sind meines Erachtens von unterschiedlichen Persönlichkeiten (also psychisch gesehen) gemalt worden. JEdenfalls erwecken sie auf mich den Eindruck.
Dieser Chad ist ein Würstchen, das nach Anerkennung lechzt wie weiß was.
Frechheit ohne Gleichen.

btw: as i just found out: Chad Love Lieberman is planning to CANDIDATE FOR GOVERNOR OF NEW YORK in 2014 ! He already has a "petition" for his candidature online... Someone like this, such an ANTIDEMOCRAT should NEVER be allowed to candidate for ANY political office!
