I don't think eevees would care much for thunder.
But that's what mommy (or daddy) umbreons are there for~For the contest to show a pokeomon's reaction to the first thunderstorm of the year. I can't say I don't like the picture, but I think I rushed it too much because the contest ends today ... ah well~ ^^
Comments and critiques encouraged.
Done in PS CS4, and used brushes from here , here , and here .

That's how I see this going. This is just so adorable and a reminder of how a parent is a child's guardian from their unfounded fears. Really is rather sweet to see.
