Looks like the circus is in town in Petropolis, and the show's frontrunner, Ringmaster Laughtermane, has added a brand-new addition to the show's lineup: a Super Croc, which happens to be Niles himself!

Apparently, Laughtermane has heard about Niles' abilities as a TUFF agent, and he brought his show to Petropolis in hopes of getting him into his show. He then had his henchmen ambush Niles while he was on patrol, and they forced him to showcase his tenacity in his circus under the name "Super Croc." Poor Niles is feeling humiliated about being used as a mere sideshow attraction, but if he tried to fight back, Laughtermane will have him killed. So, until Team Katswell comes to rescue him, Niles is gonna have to do as he says.

Hopefully, Team Katswell will come to his rescue!
