Dr. Danny will see you now.^_^I have to admit, I never really got into this fad (or really understood it, for that matter). But this picture comes as a request from , who IS into it and wanted to see my take on it. So here we go.
Actually, the image came into my head fairly easily. I thought this presentation would look cool, having "Dr. Danny" stepping out into a pure white room, looking almost like he's stepping out from another dimension, itself. All in all, I think it works well.
But we'll see what you all think. , this one's for you. I hope you like what you see. And seeing as how you're going through a bit of a rough time right now, I also hope it cheers you up. As for everyone else, I just hope you like it.^_^

Well, that was the direction I originally wanted to go, thereby giving the pic some humor. But she wanted to change that into a scene that was a little more grim than I was comfortable with. So we compromised and I opted for something simpler.^_^

Well, instead of humor, she wanted a pic of Danny and Sam using a defibrillator on Tucker, who's heart had stopped. But me, not being into that whole "angst" vibe, I wasn't for that, so...

Well, your one of Danny staring off into space was pretty good. The right proportions were there and everything. I can tell that doing stuff on the computer is challenging you a bit, but I had the same problem when I started out.^_^

Yeah, I consider all my drawings practice, as I'm always trying to get better with every pic I do. Just out of curiosity, do you have a tablet, or did you do that stuff on the computer with a mouse?

Ah. Yeah, that's NEVER easy. Take it from someone who's tried. Tablets are superior in that respect, but even then, there's a bit of a learning curve. Since you have to be looking up at the screen and not down at your hand, you can't always see where you're going. So you won't know you're making a mistake until you've already made it. There are tablets now that have their own screens, so you CAN see what your hand is doing, but they're UBER-expensive.
Still, considering you used a mouse, that's really not too bad.^_^

Thank you. This was actually a still shot from Phantom Planet that I manipulated because I hadn't done any artwork yet and I wanted to have a visual right in front of me for what Sam looked like in her Ghost form. Even though I described it in my fanfics, I still had trouble fully picturing it in my mind's eye until I worked on that pic. Of course, it doesn't look half as good, full-sized. But as an icon, it works just lovely, so that's what I chose use it for.^_^
