A successful and functioning democracy in the madness of the 20th century, Nikkei Brazil is the result of Brazil's bloody collapse, and has become the poster child of democracy. Created by Japanese refugees, immigrants, and cities seeking to restore order, Brazil is a nation that has fused it's native Spanish culture with the ideals, arts, and military tactics that allowed it to overcome it's various adversaries. It has accepted seekers of democracy and Liberal ideas from across the world, and as the planet hurdles towards madness, it may be one of the few nation's that will outlive the collapse of civilization.
