Private commissionslight issue with the white balance on my camera - makes white things tinged with yellow. Will be fixed for next time :3

They are supported with magic sculpt - air drying epoxy clay that is very strong and 14 gauge (i think) steel wire. They are very sturdy!

This is just amazing. I mean look at that final texture so smooth and perfect. I always wonder how sculptures like these maintain that physical balance so it doesn't fall over.

thanks :3 it's just about weighting it right - the clouds are solid epoxy (plumber's and magic sculpt) and they give just enough weight so that it's balanced between the front and back.

and around town cause i'm in SF and there are stores everywhere!
BUT the main guns are douglass and sturges (artstuf.com) for magic sculpt epoxy clay and the ... hardware store for different gauges of heavier steel wire. and the florist craft store for my fave 16g wire.
