This is my depiction of what Queen Kiara Eldyrgard looks like... obviously missing the belt covered dress and multiple clocks.She is a Time Mage who has manipulated her way into lordship... Her goal is genocide against mages of every church of magic, and she is very close to reaching her goal.
Kiara Eldyrgard is a character from 'Netherlight' ... a table-top roleplaying game I developed and a campaign running for the past 14 years now.

Wow really nice. You definetly need to full view this to completely appreciate the detail work in the background and in her eyes. THe make up is so subtle as well - it doesn't look manipulated at all.
