the moment from the last episode of season 4, The end of time
10th Doctor's regeneration.His "I don't want to go" just broke my heart so I had to draw this..and finish.

I first watched this scene on YouTube when I decided I wanted to start watching Doctor Who. And even then, it was almost heartbreaking.

When he said "I don't want to go" I yelled and the TV, "THEN DON'T GO!!"
I cried. He is the best doctor and this killed me from the inside.

Well...he did get to live on past regeneration with 10.5. Β The way I always took regeneration was that when a Time-Lord regenerates, the soul that was in that body leaves it, and a new one moves in, stuck with the previous one's baggage of past failures or successes. Β With that in mind, I like to think that when that happened to 10, the soul just joined back up with the other piece inside 10.5. Β With all that said, though, that scene is still one of the most soul crushing moments in the show. Β I know I typed a lot here, but twas brought on by your magnificent piece.

When I watched that episode, I sat in my bed and cried myself to sleep. When I rewatched that episode, I sat in my bed and cried for hours.

I cried when I saw that episode the first time, but wasn't sure about what was going on, when I watched it again, I started crying when Wilf knocked and didn't stop crying for the next twenty minutes! I was so upset! I can't even see glimpses of the End of Time part 2 without wanting to scream! This is wonderful though!
