Description
This is my toolbox. It's modified from a pattern in an old magazine I got at a garage sale. I had to make it bigger to accommodate all my hooks.The pocket under the scissors holds a tape measure, thimble, and assorted odds and ends tools I use.
I wouldn't leave home without it

What magazine did u get it from? I'd love to make one

I don't remember the magazine as I don't have it anymore. It was old enough that all the pictures were black and white, and the instructions for it were written in the 'old style'. I'm pretty sure it was from the 40's or so. But that whole box of magazines I gave to a lady from the library long long ago.
All I did was to look at the images of the finished one and then create what I saw (with a few small changes to accommodate my hooks and other supplies at the time.

Great thing, but it's a pitty you still need to cary all your threads around with you in order to do anything.

That's only the hooks that I use regularly - I have nearly 250 hooks total. I also have over 300 knitting needles.
I tend to collect hooks and needles...as well as yarn and pattern ideas.
Thank goodness...I only work with one hook or set of needles at a time

@!^% is all I can say O.o I've got 4 tatting shuttles, one crotchet, scisors, and around 30 balls of different cordonet and that's all I need

I do alot of different kinds of work, and need hooks and needles in different sizes to work with different yarns/threads and different techniques/styles.
But mostly Im just a collector LOL... alot of my hooks and needles are antiques. But I do enjoy collecting them all

Yeah, I know this stuff - I'm a nut for all kinds of hooks/shuttles and stuff like that but it's not easy to get anything old so I stick to what I have
