your foreshortening is a bit off on the male archer. The hand is too large, it looks like its extending too far beyond the female archer to be real.

Such an opulent shade of purple! Are they royalty? I'm not sure why people couldn't see his outstretched fist.
My favorite part is the stool. Drawing wood is so much fun! Though... I think the rings on the front-most leg are a bit off. A few of them don't really extend into the rest of the piece cohesively.

I also thought he was missing an arm at first and was wearing a face mask; it took me a little too long to realize he was holding up an arrow shaft, lol. My only thought was that he wouldn't make a very good archer with only one arm.
I love how saturated the colour is in this; I only wish I could pull off pants that purple!

i personally like this style... its rather rigid and its more action oriented as opposed to realistic. beauty is in the eye of the beholder and saying he should take lessons to fix something that is part of his style is silly.

No, shes right, foreshortening is one of the bigger things wen is not good at. He always tries foreshortening, and it always looks terrible. If he took life drawing courses, many of his shortcomings would be fixed.

Well look at the other comments. Im not the only one who was thrown off or who thought he might be missing an arm. Its not the viewers fault, its the artists. Even if it was the pattern making it hard to make out, the artist should know how to place it (either adjust it slightly so theres no uncomfortable tangents or just pick a different pose) so its easier to read.
