So many of you have asked how I do my art - I usually answer that it is through brute force, ignorance, and an inability to know when I'm beaten.This is true but I do have some basics I adhere to
I've put together this shockingly bad tutorial to try and put it into words (and a picture)

I always wondered how you do your drawings, thank you for posting it up. I might give your method a go some day (I mainly work in digital or with markers, but it's good to break from the usual

Bit of paper rolled up really tight so you can sharpen it and use it to blend pencil/patil/charcole etc

They sometimes call them "stumps" or paper stumps. They're very handy!
