Kay, I'll stop with the tutoriel pun :'v

STEPS:
1.We make a rough sketch with the Pen
2. We lower the opacity of the layer, I use it arround 20-30%, but that depends on you.
3. We create a new layer under the sketch layer and place the basic colors of the lips using the Brush.
4. Now, let's remove the sketch layer and using the brush and a pink-ish color, we add shadow to the lips, leaving medium sized spaces were the light will be. Now with the brush set to Multiply using the base colors we add futher shading to the corners, the center, up and under the lips.
5. We now need to blend the colors, and on a new layer set to Screen, we add the lights on the blank spaces we left on the previous layer. We then blend said spots aswell.
6. On yet another new layer, also set to Screen, we add futher lighting using the Marker, and then we slightly blend them.
7. We need to create a new layer set to Multiply (idk why I wrote "skin" instead of layer lol), and with a pink-ish color we add more shadows to the corner of the lips. You can play with the opaccity of the layer until you are happy with how it looks.
8. Now, on a new layer using the Brush set to Multiply, we add futher shadows here and there. Add them where you feel it's needed. Also, with normal brush, we add more lights were you feel you need them.
9. Finally, create a new layer under the previous one set to Multiply and lower the opaccity to arround 30%. Using the Air Brush and a purple-ish color, add shade in the corners, middle and under the lips. You can play arround with the opaccity of the layer until you are happy with the results.
