Description Whoa, I can't believe the hours that went into this already. The patterns are really difficult but I'm enjoying working them out. For the skirt I had a lot of trouble, first because I wanted the colors to be a basic continuation of the top and sleeves, and also because there were the folds at the bottom. I wanted the pattern to follow the folds, I hope that worked a bit.

I'm working with about six marker colors and black/white pens. Some pencil and crayon too. Now I'm lost as to what to do with the two fabrics XD

This is still dedicated to =hellobaby who makes beautiful artwork with unbelievably complex dresses, patterns, folds, and other details!! My inspiration for this picture, go check her out!

Holy crap sweetie. This is looking so nice. I really love all the fabric detailing you are putting in there, and so many colors. Seriously though, I think this is already becoming one of my favorite pieces that you’ve done.

I like drawing folding pleats and stuff and details, I like details as well... but... I've never drawn so many details!

One ehm... critic point or something like that... I imagined some pieces in her hair... GOLD, and they don't yet look very gold... I hope I don't well... make you hate me right now, or maybe it's just me... but yeah... Thought of saying that...

Does not change that it's still 3689714319026 times cooler then anything I'll ever draw!

Hehe thanks, I used different colors of yellow, pink and white so far. I'll take a further look. Gold is *very* difficult, at least for me. Thanks, it's something I can work with!

wow this is great, I attempted something like this a long time ago, and it just looked like a big mess =_= this is coming together nicely, keeping patterns consistent like you've done throughout an image will make it and pleasing to the eyes and not looking like a caleidascope O_o

I think the only reason why it's working out alright, is that I use just about 8 colors, and no more than that if I would use more it'd be rather bright. =hellobaby uses just three colors: black+white+one other color (usually red). Perhaps it's worth a try again?! You can do it!

(she reminds me of Hinoto from X, she has a long dress too, but is (I think) pretty short)

Thanks! I wasn't sure about the hair ornaments because they all seemed such a different style. Originally I even had those flower bunches attached, but I thought that would be too much. Whereas =hellobaby can let go of symmetry and to some degree even pattern, I really can't. It has to be somewhat symmetrical otherwise I don't get it anymore ;
