The story in the description reminds me very much of a friend I had. I had become quite fond of her and was starting to fall for her. She was quite beautiful too. I asked her if she wanted us to get to know each other better so we could date and she said yes. Then she disappeared. Just ghosted me. Like you said, and especially after everything I've been through since then, I will never understand her.

Well, this particular friend/model there was nothing but friendship... obviously, since I was married and she was gay and committed to her partner (another of the models you see in my shots). We were close for several years before she broke up with her girlfriend and vanished.
This post is several years old though, and just last year she sent me a long email to catch up and explain. I get it. Sometimes things hurt so much (her breakup) that you need to start over someplace else and leave the old life behind.

I have had similar encounters myself, as you say we have a few pictures and ome good memories, but it is still sad when these things happen. Such is life I suppose.
