Description
These are the HTML codes I've ridden up for ~,*, and = members. + more.
These are just basic HTML codes, and if you want more, go to the FAQ Desk.

1. You want to make your text Bold
So, You want to make your text Bold? You can Either choose from the two,
(strong) or (b). Instead of "(" and ")", use "<" and ">".
Open your text with (Strong) / (b), and close them with (/strong) / (/b)

Example:
(strong)Laura11100(/strong)
But instead of "(" and ")", replace them with "<" and ">".
So It'll turn out like: Laura11100

2. You want to make your Text Italic
Same as Question 1! Instead of (Strong) and (b), it's (i).
Remember, replace the "(" and ")" with "<" and ">".

3. You want to make your Text Underlined
Already explained it! As easy as pie!
Instead of (i), (strong) and (b), replace it with (u) and don't forget to replace the "(" and ")" with "<" and ">"

4. You want to make [link] into your own prefered text.
Okay, so you know how when you paste a link on your journal or so, it turns out as
[link]? and you've seen deviants with this: (It's an example so it can be any text)
Click here to see the Cutest Gaara ever! Instead of Click here to see the cutest gaara ever! [link].
Now I'll teach you how!

(a href="[insert link]") [Put what you want to name it here] (/a)
EG:
(a href="www.runescape.com "]) Runescape (/a)
It will come out as:

Runescape and it'll be linked over to the website you linked earlier.
Easy? YEAH!@
Don't forget to replace the "(" and ")" with "<" and ">"

5. You want to link a to a deviant with their status
Oh, just incase you didn't know, Statuses are like the symbols infront of their name.
If you use Question 4's resoulution, if they weren't subscribed and they subscribed, you have to change it to either * or = instead of what they were before, ~.
Do this:
:devUsername:
Replace the Bold words into the Deviants username.
It should come out as (EG) :

~Zeh-Arteh and if I subscribed they'll automaticly change it to either:
*Zeh-Arteh or =Zeh-Arteh Instead of you having to change it yourself.

6. You want to link a deviant with their Avatar.
For the newbies:
Avatar is a DP (Display Picture).
Do this:
:iconUsername:
Again, Replace the bold words with the deviant's Username.

It should come out as a 50x50 avatar on your journal/artist comment/news thing and ETC.

7. Don't know how to do a emoticon?
This should be the most useless question and no-one should be reading this.
if you want a Emoticon in anywhere in DeviantART, then just use an emoticon!

You can find the Emoticon Legend when You're Commenting or Writing/Replying a Note.
