A planet crackled into view, filling the window that was half of the cockpit's convex space-- pink."Inhabitable?" You say.
"93% chance that it is inhabited by intelligent life. You can ignore it though, there are more pressing matters. This universe is filled"
"It seems so."
"what do you propose we do? you are onsite" said the voice. It was your A.I.
As you awoke in your tiny flower-shaped cockpit, a backwards bud hurling through space, you remember very little other than that. This universe was supposed to be one of the blank ones, and you were to fill it.
The ship you pilot is a Seed, in many senses. It has the ability to plunge into any object, of almost any size (absolutes have not been determined), and explore the essence of it. If the ship were to leap into the heart of a galaxy, you would explore stars, black holes, quasars. If you were to leap into the heart of a star, you would explore magnetic surges, energies, nuclear forces and the churning elements. The same is true of a person, an element, or a brain. Objects can be collected from the explored regions of these bizarre forms of space, collected in the form of essence.
This Seed ship can load up pure essence of any type collected by the pilot or the A.I. and inject it, with a blast into any object, altering it. It can fire an essence into empty space, allowing it to become a world of itself, or a universe even.
Upon exploring the essence of a thing, the ship is able to assume that world as if it belonged there, altering it's structure and the pilot so that the fundamental laws of that miniature universe do not expel the intrusion. Only then can you truly explore a universe freely, when altered by it. (to be clear, whenever you enter an object, you change)
But all you can remember is that you were to fill this space with an earth-world, with a solar system to provide a space for people, presumably. You have aboard your ship just that-- Essence of Solar system and all the things within it.
You are not surrounded by empty space. Indeed there is a pink planet, likely inhabited, and billions of twinkling stars. What a disaster.
The A.I., impatient for your decision interrupts you. "Well? What shall we do?"

when you enter something you change. The difference is there is a danger in this one that when you enter an object, it might reject you. So to avoid this, you are changed by the essence of the thing you enter.

The A.I. crackles around you, "shall we explore the surface, send probes to scout for us, or zoom into the planet's essence?"

The ship moved forward the planet warping and opening up like the iris of an eye. Suddenly you were seeing a planet in front of you, not at all pink, but grey blue. The planet looks pristine, the moon next to it similar to earth's moon in that it is dusty, dark grey. Orbiting the planet is a strange set of sattelites, glowing pink.

"let's examine the satellites"

"Scanning" After a few seconds the computer begins showing diagrams of them. "they appear to be altered forms of comets. They contain tampered essence"

"It's impossible to say at this point. Again, this universe was supposed to be a clear one...perhaps this is a clue as to why it wasn't? I'm not sure either way" the voice crackled.

"i'm not sure either lets investigate one of the comets then"

"How would you propose we do that? our probes can get a closer look, or we could land on one, or maybe get a closer look without landing. there are other options as well"

After about 20 glowing comet-like objects fired from the Seed, they swirled around one of the sattelites. "it appears they are crystalline in structure. They have thrusters on all sides, and vast internal structures. they appear to be inhabited!" said the voice.

"There are life support structures throughout, but I'm not sure if they are from planet-side or somewhere else."

"let's land on one of the nearby comets to examine it closely"

"righto" The seed came down and pink crystal was all around outside the viewport. "Do you wish to suit up and explore on foot?"

Your helmet pops out of the ceiling. it's a headband with a face mask. it covers the ears and the mask is clear, with data readouts on it. Your gloves and boots are presented in holes that you are to insert your hands and feet into before being garbed in them. "good luck. I'll decompress the cabin when you are fully suited"

I get fully suited "okay I'm ready"

The cabin depressurizes and opens like a mouth. THe ship drops you about four feet into a squishy, crystalline environment. It seems to twinkle because dust is everywhere and it's all pink crystal. The a.i. speaks in your ear, "there is what appears to be a latch just ahead. Use caution...this system appears to be unnatural. "

"Okay" I head towards the latch

The latch is made of a glittering gold, sparkly and glinting to the touch. There is no handle to the latch, just a place to put your hand. It has five fingers just like your hand.

There is a pressure release and the hatch turns sticky, opening like an orifice. an eye perhaps. There is no ladder, only a squishy place to step down into with a thing that looked like a belly button at it's bottom.

It quivers as you step, but then the opening above you closes and the closure below you opens enough for you to slide down into it. It appears to be some kind of intenstine. It feels like a warm wet towel all around you, or a sponge mixed with jelly.

The intestine-like channel dropped you in a transparent cabin-area, the walls made of purple and pink crystal, the doorways around you biological orifices like the one above you. There seems to be some activity there, but there are no sounds other than electronics chirping away.

"weird where am I now?" I look around at the room seeing if I can find a way out

You appear to be in some kind of hallway. to the left leads to some kind of cockpit, to the right leads to a storage/service area.

The doorway is another orifice, and after it closed on one side, squeezed you, and opened, you were in a large area, about the size of a football field, filled with wirring machines. There was a large stack of boxes as well.

The box seems to be filled with machine parts. The a.i. sends you a message. "my guess is this is a contaminated object. We might be able to see what was added if we were to analyze it's essence. Do you want me to run the diagnostics now?"

You can feel the ground hum and your body hum as this happens. "it looks like the entire ship is contaminated. If we were to disenfect it, would would have to zoom in on the comet. It's strange that there are no occupants here however" says the ai

As you head back, you notice that there are people walking around in the hallways, women. They don't notice you yet. They have strange growths on their heads and hands though, as if they are aliens, but female versions of the aliens.

I try to see if they are hostile or not hoping that they are not hostile

The women notice you and begin questioning you. "how did you get in here? How come you aren't female?"
