Exiting VR interface...The room around you looks dusty and totally clutterd like a bomb has gone off you can't resist a cough, though it's difficult to do so. In fact impossible, until you realize you are still bathed in a fluid capsule. However it's severely cracked and you can feel the pull of highly viscous oxygen rich fluid exiting the capsule in gulps, tugging at your skin and around your ankles.
You also remember that somehow you were infected by a mysterious woman through the VR interface. You were able to change things in the real world and in the memories of people. And you were changing yourself.
You notice that you have grown a long cord out of your bellybutton, which currently goes to the base of the capsule and seems to be supplying you with nutrients. You notice that somehow in your VR stasis you have severed the original, plastic cord with your powers. Also the room is totally destroyed around you.
What do you do?
P.S. In chapter 1, basically you were infected, got access to telekinesis and some basic shapeshifting abilities and it's affect your body in the real world somehow. enjoy.

You can create temporary clothing out of either your own body, or things around you to wear. It takes energy to maintain and will eventually wear off. Same with a transformation.

You were all alone in the forest. You could hear birds and the sky had a few planes in it. This planet, the closest to Ceres, was kind of a frontier planet.

Better head into a town and find some clothes... *I decide to morph my body to become a female version of myself, as I had actually started to like being a girl. Strangely enough, unlike changing other aspects of myself, being a girl felt more... concrete.*

It didn't take long, soon you were a feminized version of yourself. Slightly shorter. Breasted, hipped, and somewhat limber in comparison, with your hair symbolically growing out.

(to stay in this form you will need to sort of recast the spell, leaving a crust of crystal, every fifteen minutes or so. unless you meditate and form a big solid chunk of crystal first. then until that solid one is used up you won't leave any crust behind)

Soon you hear the sounds of animals, vehicles, and people. Town is a pretty low-key village with an airport, access to the ocean, and a reasonably low population. By the looks of it, this is a fishing and farming community.

You can feel your transformation about to wear off and a little bit of crystal forms on the ground as it maintains itself. You notice the marketplace, which is pretty large; Robots are helping load and unload while people sell and buy wares. There's downtown, where vehicles are more common and shops are closer together. There's city hall, which appears to have some kind of enormous AA cannon built on it's premises.

You notice that you actually are becoming quite hungry. While in vr you never got hungry.

There are food stands among the shops. You don't have any money currently.

You get some food and it's delicious. You apparently hadn't eaten real food in days or who knows how long it actually had been.

A man runs after you. "hey, you didn't pay!" He seems to have noticed that his money is gone.

U-Uh... sorry about that. One sec. *I go into the bathroom and try and conjure more money*

"Now wait a second..." he is belligerent but he waits until you come back out with the money in hand. "hmm well?"

He counts it. You have plenty of time to get away. You notice that it's starting to get dark.

You notice there are plenty of trees, bushes, and you can sense something. It isn't like when you were hallucinating in the VR. Instead it's more subtle. Like your mind has bumped up against something there in the woods. Lots of things, in fact. In your gut you can feel that there are many, many intelligent creatures watching you.

You seem to be trapped inside the cracked tube. you notice that you are able to move things with your mind outside of the tube, however.

The tube shatters and you are free. You can sense that the air around there is full of a strange dust that almost looks like snow. It's a crystal of some kind, but it doesn't melt like snow.
