I have been reading through all of this and am pretty new to computer stuff. What program are you using to create this awesome Dragon eye? I Sculpt Dragons and can never find exactly what I am looking for in a glass eye and want to try my hand at making them myself. Painting them is fun but I am just not getting the look I want. I love this tutorial but don't know if I have a compatible program on my pc. Thanks

I used GIMP to make the eye, but most people use photoshop.

I'm glad it helped you. I too am a dragon enthusiast and it took a lot of experimenting to get the eye to a point I liked. My first version had no shadow >.<

Hmm...I really don't know, I haven't used PS in forever, there should be options in the motion blur window.

Works for any other eye type you want to make as well, just make round pupils
