Xeigle and little Keiai, drawn for *-achiru- 's Parenthood Contest, which you can read about here: [link]This is my "Father's Day" entry. Augh, my style is so different from hers, but I hope the characters are at least somewhat recognizable! ^__^; I went for a sketchy monochrome look with the coloring, and I think it captured the mood I was going for. Done in mechanical pencil and Photoshop 5.5.

I used to sit like this with my little boy when he was first born. Then he'd wake up and scream the house down and sorta ruin my nice...moment XD haha, but it was lovely nonetheless.
