Visual Style for Windows 8/8.1
Compatible for both x64 & x86 system
You need to copy theme in C:WindowsResourcesThemes
For using this theme first you need to Patch Uxtheme.
Installation:
- Copy all file in "Theme" folder to "%windir%/Resources/Themes".
- Open personalize panel and apply theme.

This wont work properly on Windows 8.1. Maybe in 8 but not in 8.1. Same thing when I tried three other of your themes that you claim to be 8.1 compatible. And I went trough all those ads and pop ups to found out it.

I just tested it. It does not look ANYTHING like that. The top bar is completely glitched and so is the taskbar. I tried a restart, no fix, I tried to change to a default windows theme still no fix. Nothing fixes the glitches on the VS.
In fact most VS's seem to be glitched completely. I only found ONE out of about 15 that actually shows up accurately and looks "okay" The "minimize, maximize, close" buttons on the theme I am using now is incredibly dark almost impossible to see. But I have no choice to keep them black because if I change the color it glitches the top of it.

Only reason I can think of why I am running into glitches in visual styles is the fact I'm on 8.1...I've been trying to make sure I choose the ones that say 8.1...but its hard to tell a lot of the times. I guess that could be the actual issue....

I ran into this before, I think it has some thing to do with the patcher you used, I used uxstyle.com/ on win 8.1 . Make sure to download the correct version for your windows.
