Oh my god. I don't know why this escalated to this point.Started as a livejournal request for 'John Watson in the bath and Sherlock Holmes on his laptop nearby'...apparently my brain wanted him REALLY nearby.
I can't even figure out if this is Slash or not. It's totally not Gen though? IDK GUYS. I'M BEMUSED BY MY OWN CREATION.

Lol this is how I picture this happening:
It's been a long day working on a case and John is having a nice relaxing bubble bath when he hears the door open.
"John, I need to use your phone."
"I'm in the tub Sherlock, use your own phone."
"You know I hate using my phone John, someone might recognize the number."
"Fine it's in my pants pocket."
Sherlock enters the room, John's laptop tucked under his arm, he grabs the cell from John's discarded pants.
*clothing being removed* *Splash*
"Sherlock! What the hell!"
"You need to be here for this to" phone up at his ear.
"Are you calling some-!"
"Alright John and I are on speaker, what do you need?"
*Splash* "Sherlock this is not apropriate-!"
{Did I just here a splash? What are you guys doing?}
"Nothing, just having a bath. Now about those odd deaths you were talking about...

"Sherlock..."
Would my mind just wouldn't shut up until I had typed all of that

you know, with sherlock using Johns` phone to call ppl when he wants to make sure that the number can`t be recognized, does that mean that John gets phonecalls from all types of weird persons? and further more, you can set the phone to not show your number when you call someone. it`s not that hard sherlock

XD I don't even think I'd really consider this slash. To me, it just feels like John was taking a bath and Sherlock, being his usual self, just climbed on in the tub with him, not even caring. And, of course, poor John just lets him carry on, perfectly used to stuff like this by now.

aaah!! I love that when its these two, a situation like this can somehow be interpretted as not 100% slash (not that I would mind...). With John's irritated expression (adorable!) it can easily be just Sherlock trying to pester John with an utter lack of personal space. Beautiful artwork by the way!

I think Watson would fall asleep in the tub after a hard day and Sherlock would climb in cause DUH he needs a bath too but John wouldn't wake so in he goes. So delightfully not slash that it's slash

(just thought this) And it kinda looks like Sherlock's on a case is is bouncing theories off of Watson, who is all exasperated and kinda embarrassed and comes to the conclusion that this is like Sherlock being high to help him think--a little eccentric, sometimes scary, usually embarrassing and WAY more effective than collecting evidence or looking for clues.
LOVE THIS PIECE.

Well honestly Sherlock really comes off as asexual to me (and many others). But I don't think it's unrealistic for Sherlock TO be gay. Like..it wouldn't shock me. It would surprise me about John but all that aside, sometimes you meet someone who you really CLICK with (like how John and Sherlock click) and I think that can change all preconceived notions of what is 'realistic' and 'unrealistic'.
