Created through the instruction to The Oracle of the Bones by Claire O’Neill.

The casting map is placed into three sections: Earth (for deep fundamentals in life) is represented by a mountain, Plant (for medium-term aspects of life) is represented by an tree , and Animal (for immediate and short-term events) is represented by a deer.

The think bone -Thola- (The bone that is at the top of the cross) is a squirrel bone.
The long bone -Cohado- (the longest bone/the one bottom one that is crossed) is a coyote foot bone.
The broken bone -Scita- (the bone between the tree section and the earth section) is a squirrel bone.
And the small bone -Imbay- (the smallest bone) is a domestic cat bone.

The casting map is a circle of leather painted with an acrylic dark gray/blue. The bones ended up with me by various means. The domestic cat and squirrel bones were found naturally by myself, the leather and coyote bone were bought.

Diving with these bones has grown to be my favorite form of divination. The bones are held in the hand over the casting map and shaken while thinking of the question or thought which is wished to be shed light on. The bones are dropped and read .

The book comes with preset interpretations for every outcome to which the bones could fall however anymore I hardly use the book and prefer for my own interpretations.
