Description
Stereotypes in general are kind of dumb, but this one bugs me a lil bit considering how unpolite most people I know are. Just try going to a Canadian high school and see how polite and sweet people are. Sure, I get it, there are some people (including myself) who apologize at fucking EVERYTHING, but it's not all Canadians. I wish it was, but it's not. Β In all honesty I just was bored though, I don't care too much 'bout the topic.edit: why the fuck did I make this stamp in the first place this is useless

Just ask Paul Bernardo, Clifford Olson, Russel Williams, Karla Homolka,
...or even me because I can list multiple things I did which weren't just mean, but downright terrifying.Β
It doesn't involve murdering innocent people though, don't worry. Because I'm USUALLY nice, USUALLY. That means when I'm not I'm actually quite scary.Β
And this is coming from someone who was born and raised in Canada.Β

Iβm Canadian and thatβs pretty much true. Where I live people seem to have a disregard for road safety >_> and the nearest city from where I live has the WORST drivers π‘

Iβm Canadian and can confirm this. Most people are βpoliteβ, as in using their manners, yes. (Depends on the people themselves and where you are.) BUT βniceβ? There are in fact a lot of inconsiderate jerks and assholes too as well. Unfortunately... (People not teaching their kids right probably. Most likely spoiled or something.)Β
Arenβt the Japanese supposed to be known as the most polite? Thatβs what I hear anyway.

I'm ruder than you think! Heck I think I'm from the most rudest place in Canada. Hahahaha please tell me it's less rude outside of Alberta!

Iβm Canadian and Iβve known quite a lot jerks in school, most of which were female. Yeah, I didnβt have many female friends...so I hung out with the nerdy guys group instead. They were more tolerable and friendly.

Why Quebec of all places? I heard that British Columbia and Manitoba are supposed to be decent.Β

Theyβre mostly in Quebec, true. But it is taught everywhere else in Canada. (Though I personally never bothered to learn, couldnβt wrap my head around it. :/)

i know but even if it's taught not everyone is bilingual
for example in france you start learning english already in the second year of school right after you learned how to write and read, yet i'm with teens between 12 to 16 and we are 4 talking good english in my class level
with one being an american and the 2 others being strangers that went to england before france, aka i'm the only french that can talk good english
it's like that in every school, people never learn by heart the forced languages
if you go in the street and start talking english people use 3 yo level english , forgetting "a, for, the, to" etc in every "sentences"
and i'm pretty sure france isn't the only country like that, i prefere going in a country where i'm sure people know both so when i forgot an english word i'm not stuck

That makes enough sense. Sounds reasonable enough.

Us Canadians are not all fuckin' polite here, and finally someone sees it! for example, last week the cheese curds on my poutine weren't melted so I told the person who gave it to me to fuck 'em self.
that never happened, but I am still an asshole all the timeΒ

Hehe, all you have to do is just watch one of those North American "bad driving" or "road rage" compilations to realize that jerks are a universal phenomenon... O_O
That said, I completely blame a week in Canada for undoing all the effort I'd put in to not saying "sorry" all the time.

Justin Bieber is Canadian and he's anything but polite. Just look at what he wrote in the guestbook at the Anne Frank house.
