Even though Lydia has no human feet (she has legs, they just aren't
human legs, they may be tentacles, but lower limbs are still legs)
She should still be able to just press a pedal with them no? A human foot is no more or less blunt than a tentacle.
Like maybe she can't use a channel changer with them but she can surely step on a pedal.
Also
I don't even understand why the net would ever go down in the
apocalypse, it's not like any new shit would be uploaded but it's not
like anything would destroy it all either.
There is no big one place for the net, it's spread all over the world.

There's a lot of stuff that goes wrong every day. Without a dedicated support staff, stuff would go down and stay down. Also, you have one panicked survivor accidentally run over a telephone pole with an important routing box for cable or DSL and you've got a whole region without service. And that's to say nothing of all the satellites no longer being fed course and thrust corrections.
So no, you wouldn't lose "The Internet" entirely, but any given survivor's ability to access it- and what sites they could actually get to- would get pretty limited pretty quickly...

Each individual tentacle is weaker than a leg and pedals are located too far from the seat so they are too close to the tips of tentacles where they are much weaker. She has to use two or three tentacles to press one pedal that way which makes it impractical.

The pedals should just be replaced with levers. How dexterous is she with her tentacles? She could just grip the levers with them.

It's a temporary measure. She'll completely replace them once she has access to better tools.
Her tentacles are just as dexterous as her arms.

More weight = more fuel usage. And she's not made of fuel
It's accurate but it's about a month after the End of the World. Not much time has passed. She'll mod it even further with time. More armor, turrets, spikes, blades. Maybe her next home she'll make out of the abandoned tank.

Пока что только главная героиня рассказа, что я пытаюсь писать О_О если не повалю глаголом ясным, то уж иллюстрациями попытаюсь заинтересовать.
А так там планируется еще и киборг и даже мутант )
