Description
--[ Why is it, that we sometimes fight falling into the good opportunities that happen in life? Clinging by our fingernails to the insecurities that deny us a change, even if for the better.. ]
--
Location : Photo of me: Fort Myers, FL (laying flat on a table
Comment : I had a few other versions of this, ones with my face and more of the body actually included..one also where the building was mirrored with me in it..but I decided on this one so it remains more anonymous. Rarely do things that I submit here ever have any actual depth to them (the majority I consider merely esthetically pleasing), but I put some thought into planning this one and wanted it to relate to my current situation in life..

I love this work, happy that it was perfect for what i was looking for. i just wanted to know what have been done. "falling into the sky" I was looking in a city lake/river and i felt as if i was falling into the sky, if i just jumped i would be going up. Thank you!

this kind of thing actually scares me in real life when i'm around tall buildings i have to just stare at the ground.
needless to say, I kind of sympathize with this for that reason

Maybe fate have drag me to this image of yours. The words up there... It's just how i'm feeling right now. Falling... and not in the good oportunities, by to the other way...
Anyway, your work is great. I really like what you do with your photos :}

Falling up is still falling. Some people are so scarred that they can't stand that feeling of vertigo, like you can't go back...

This is awesome! I'm actually working on a story right now that has a concept similar to this one in it. Now I'm even more excited about writing that scene. ^_^

That's amazing. It feels so wonderfully surreal, like you're trying to hang on for dear life even though you've wanted to float ever since you could remember.

very nice!
...and yes, I think leaving the piece sort of anonymous was good, makes you think of the concept more than "who the hec is in that photo"...

thank you thank you thank you I was actually laying on a dining room table for that..hah. i felt so stupid laying there trying to pretend like I was falling..and incidently that's why I cropped my face out to begin with, but I liked the annonomous feel it had when I did it..
thank you for the comment, and once again for the print thang' ..I think I may have some income coming into my world (in addition to any prints people buy! *crosses fingers* ) so think of 2 prints you want from my gallery!

And how did I miss this in your gallery before?? Oh well! Somedays our eyes are attracted to different things than others I guess! Maybe because I'm thrown headon into change lately

I can relate to this image and this concept...how many times do we feel that the world is upside down? And that weΒ΄re falling for the other side...Love it!!!
