Tones are blues because of cameras white balance setting, i dont know how natural they are

You just need a cigarette and 1 lightsource. I used a wireless flash. Light a cigarette and point lightsource to smoke on side or top. And shoot

If you really were serious when you said you quit smoking, good on ya for that too. Smoking makes it hard to breath right... oh yeah, and it can give you cancer pretty fast too. hmm...

Thank You all. Yes it is a photo, not an effect or 3d render Why its grainy - bacause its croped from bigger picture, i was intersested only from this part
And it got a little photoshop touch in levels, nothing more! Done with simple wireless side flash, thats all

Too grainy to be very interesting.
I think it would also be interesting to see just how much post work went into this. Saturation was no doubt increased, possible blue tint as well.

Rich-E-Boyy here. Pretty intense! One of my favorite effects to add in my pics is smoke. I will definitely be using this as a referance from here on in! Been smokin for 14 years...wish I could find a way to quit!!
