heres my new visualstyle for vistaTurquoiseVS
this version isnt rly finished yet
well its all done
but there were some more stuff i should do on it
but everyone has asked for it so much so thought i could release it like this right now
To get the best view of this
go to
right click on desktop choose personalize>window color and appearance>open classic apparance for more colors bla bla
hit the visualstyle and hit advanced then choose menu
and change the menu color to something lighter
like white or whatever u want.. light blue maybe
and hit apply
the go back to window color and apparance (where u choose colors of aero) and hit graphite with like 70-80% intensity
and it will be good ^^
includes a BASIC version aswell
i will probably release an update soon
but yeah.. this is what u get for now

hmm yeah u need to patch ur system files, vistaglazz should work. i use tune-up utillities to change vs and icons. but it costs money. but u can allways go by that xD

put the VS files in C:/windows/resources/themes
but u need some app like tune up utilities or patch ur system for it to work

I was looking through my winamp skins randomly, and found something interesting:
This theme matches the "Dynamic" winamp skin perfectly -- the green bar in the screenshot on winamp.com is actually a turquoise blue (atleast on mine ;O)... and pretty much the same color as the bars at the bottom of all the windows with this Turquoise Vista theme.

The only word that came to mind: awesome. Seriously dude, I'm more than fed up with all these "themes" that are just modding one or two things in the original VS and make it look exactly like the factory VS. Your theme show a lot of work, and I appreciate it.
