This character is for a game I am making. The image is her rough description of her at 16 Gifted years.
(Her abilities may seem OP but the enemies she has to fight are pretty OP as well and many are immune to her moves.)

Abilities and Strengths (Gifted Female):
Guardian: Rae can send out her Guardian Corona to fight. (See below)
Immortality: Being a Gifted, Rae can only be killed for real if both her and Corona are killed off. However, Corona can regenerate Rae if she is killed. Likewise, Rae can regenerate Corona from inside her if Corona is killed, but this takes a longer time.
Disease and Poison Immunity: Magic in the blood of a Gifted cleanses diseases and poisons in the bloodstream, curing them of said problems. Addictive substances aren't as easy to clean, however.

Weaknesses and Limitations (Gifted Female):
Soul hunger: All Gifted have to absorb sentient souls to keep their connection to the Arcane dimension, and subsequently, their Guardian alive. Souls is stored in the Guardian as a reserve. If their soul reserves run out (one consumed per week), their Guardian will take over and force them into a frenzy to kill the nearest sentient beings to absorb their soul. If they fail to find any sentient beings nearby, the Guardian will consume the soul of their host and emerge as an Arcane.

Abilities and Strengths (Solaris):
Psionic powers: As a Solaris, Rae is gifted with photokinesis, telepathy, and weak telekinesis. She can easily use her powers via thought, and can use her light-elemental powers even within anti-magic fields. Anti-supernatural fields will block this out.

Weaknesses and Limitations (Solaris):
Human durability: As a Solaris, Rae's durability is basically like that of a human, meaning that it is easy to kill her physical body.
Tires Quickly: Using her psionic powers too much will tire Rae out quickly. She thus tends to use both magical and psionic abilities in equal amounts.
Blind: As a Solaris, Rae is born permanently blind and has to see with her light-sensing abilities. If her magic and psionic powers are negated, she will be unable to see.

Abilities and Strengths(Rae):
Mastery over the electromagnetic spectrum: Rae can manipulate electricity, magnetism, as well as any form of radiation. She is able to produce any form of radiation and electrical charges, and can turn mass into energy, but not vice versa. This ability is magical in nature, and can be cancelled by sufficient anti-magic abilities.
Tech-control: Rae can manipulate the electrical currents in technology without shorting them out via magic.
Absorbs electricity: Having an affinity with Lightning, Rae can absorb electrical current to regenerate herself.
Absorbs EM radiation: Having an affinity with Light, Rae can regenerate herself by staying in the light. This also prevents any form of EM radiation from blinding her.
Knowledge of machines: Due to being the daughter of the head of technology, Rae knows much about both scientific and magical technology.

Weaknesses (Rae):
Vulnerable to water: Having an affinity with Lightning, Rae does not take very well to water. Any amount of water will sap away her energy like how electricity dissipates in water.
Vulnerable to darkness: Having an affinity with Light, Rae does not take very well to darkness. She takes damage in darkness as it eats away at her, and most dark-elemental attacks will greatly harm her.
Can't see in darkness: Rae's light-sensing abilities cannot adjust to the darkness, meaning that she will be blind unless she produces a constant light which will tire her out.
Fear of water: Rae will hesitate to perform actions if she is near a large body of water.
Fear of darkness: Rae will hesitate to perform actions if she's  in the dark, often forcing herself to produce continual light.
Not a good physical fighter: Being a wizard/mage archetype, Rae has rather low defences and physical offenses. She is also not trained in a physical fight.

Fighting Style (regular):
Rae tends to stay at the back to avoid confrontation with the opponent, preferring to use her spells to aid allies and attack her foes. Most weaker spells are cast via thought, but stronger spells are cast through her hands. As she cannot fight at close range, she will often try to keep her distance.

Rae can detect any electrical impulses as well as opponents moving through light, allowing her to sense opponents around her. She can manipulate any amount of electricity and light within a 200-metre radius, which can be extended at the cost of soul consumption. If attacked, Rae will usually try to defend herself via a energy shield or even teleport away.

The rest of her fighting style involves using powers creatively, blinding her foes or paralyzing them. In extreme circumstances she may have to use radioactivity to hurt them.

Rae can inflict a curse on material foes. Any foe coming into contact with her or her spells can be immediately turned into EM radiation of her choice (Rae prefers white light), usually killing them instantly. This does not affect energy beings like Arcanes or Meta, or those protected with energy armor or energy shields.

Rae will usually try to keep any collateral damage to a minimum. This is one reason why she is reluctant to use her massive-area spells- the other being that her strongest spells increase soulfood consumption.

Team Support:
If fighting alongside a team member, Rae will use her magic to assist them, usually by giving them her blessing. Once Rae's blessing has been bestowed on a person, they will gain increased speed and agility, a huge resistance to magical attacks, and a strong energy shield. It also renders the person immune to light- and electricity- based attacks. The blessing is temporary and will wear off after 5 minutes or so.

Other magics used to help allies are to light up dark areas, paralyze foes with electricity, blind enemies with light and healing her allies.

Mundane uses for powers:
Lighting up the place.
Charging batteries, as well as providing power plant energy.
Providing electricity for power plant.
Providing light for solar panels.
Healing others.
Absorbing radiation from radioactive substances, making them safe.

Personality:

Born to the head scientist of Terra 102's research and technology department, Rae had a rather good start in her life. Her mother Raina and father Arcus both loved her and taught her how to be positive and happy. Despite a few kidnapping incidents during her life, Rae remained positive through all of it. Rae's father remained on Terra 102 instead of leaving the planet, as he was very protective of his new child.

After some time, Rae's mother found out about her daughter's magic powers, given to her by her father. She then realized that Rae was stronger than she was, and could potentially be used as a test subject in the name of science. After some extensive research on magic and Gifted, Raina realized how to control her daughter and her husband. She obtained an anti-magic device from the Xenobreakers and implanted it into Rae. The device would rapidly drain Rae's energy and produce anti-magic field to kill Rae and Corona if it was triggered. An Anti-magic field was enough to incapacitate her husband as she did the deed. Because of this, both Rae and Arcus would be under her control, for the latter's love for his daughter would make him dread to see his child killed. Raina then used both her husband and daughter as test subjects and living batteries, keeping the latter in the depths of the research facility.

Meanwhile, Rae still kept a smile through all of this, even after torturous experiments were performed on her in secret by her own mother, such as painful mana extraction. She still believes that her mother would love her and treat her well again. When Rae isn't being used as an experiment, she helps out at the facility as a scientist and researcher herself.

Those who visit the facility are still greeted with a happy smile and warm reception, oblivious to the resentment and pain inside Rae's heart. It may not be long before Rae finally snaps, however.

Personality Strengths:
Kind-hearted: Rae is extremely nice to others and it's easy to make friends with her. She is great at team support and will try to help you if you need her help, and she will do it to the best of her ability.
Obedient and agreeable: Rae will generally agree with others' views unless they go against her values.
Idealist: She believes that most bad people can be converted to good, and always looks on the positive side of life. On the outside, that is.
Cheerful: Rae is an extremely happy person on the outside and will brighten the mood of those around her.

Personality Weaknesses:
Naive: Rae is extremely naive and will trust most other people, unless they are obviously evil. This allows more cunning villains to take advantage of her.
Yes Girl: Rae is perhaps too agreeable to most people, especially her mother and father. This allows others to take advantage of her.
Hides true feelings to herself: Despite hurting a lot inside, Rae will always show her happy exterior, keeping her repressed negative feelings to herself. These negative feelings tend to haunt her mind every now and then. It may take just a few horrifying events to break her down.

Other notes:
Rae can't bathe as water hurts her. She removes dirt, grime and bacteria via high-intensity, high-frequency EM radiation.
Despite being unable to touch water, it's ok for Rae to eat wet foods as long as the wetness stays inside her. She loves oranges, lemons, and citrus fruits.
Touching Rae's skin will give you an electric shock. She can't really control that and she doesn't like it whenever it happens, hence she wears gloves.

Description:
Corona resembles a mass moving light, often taking on a somewhat angelic form.

Abilities and Strengths:
Intangibility: As a being made of magical energy, Corona is invulnerable to physical damage. Enchanted and energy weapons can harm her.
Mastery over the EM Spectrum: Like Rae, Corona can manipulate electricity, magnetism, as well as any form of radiation. She is able to produce any form of radiation and electrical charges, and can turn mass into energy, but not vice versa. This ability is magical in nature, and can be cancelled by sufficient anti-magic abilities.
Absorbs EM Radiation and Electricity: Corona is able to absorb both EM Radiation and Electricity, healing itself.

Weaknesses:
Vulnerable to water: Having an affinity with Electricity, Corona is vulnerable to water, which causes her energy to dissipate within.
Vulnerable to darkness: Having an affinity with Light, Corona is vulnerable to darkness. Darkness causes her to dissipate quickly.
Huge soul consumption: Corona' hunger for souls increases greatly as she uses her extremely powerful spells. 
Power Source: Staying outside Rae will weaken Rae and prevent her from using her stronger spells.
Anti-Magic: Corona  will rapidly deteriorate if she is trapped in an anti-magic field, and become unable to use spells.
