A character I designed around 2007-2008. He is another infamously cheap MUGEN character that can be downloaded here (WARNING! EXTREMELY CHEAP AND BETA! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!)
Bio:
Name: Mecha Scorpio
Species: Nanomachine robot
Allegiance: Defiance Terrorists
Robot Classification (Humanoid/Vehicle/Animal/Nonform): Animal
Age: Newborn, constructed from the desert nano sand.
Length: 3 metres
Weight: 200kg
Occupation: Mook (Desert trooper)
Location found in: Nanosand Desert
Weapons:
Claws: Extremely sharp claws that can easily rend foes. They can also be used as a bludgeon, and can be infused with fire.
ViperTail: Instead of a stinger, Mecha Scorpio have a snake-like head used to inject nanomachines. These nanomachines act like a venom, which flows through the opponent and consumes them from the inside-out if not removed. The ViperTail can also spew out flames and lasers.
Missile/Bomb launcher: Hidden in its armored back are a homing missile launcher and a bomb launcher. These are able to do damage from afar or blow up large areas.
Abilities and Strengths (Nanomachine):
Pretty much the same as a robot made of nanomachines.

Weaknesses (Nanomachine):
Pretty much the same as a robot made of nanomachines.
Abilities and Strengths (Mecha Scorpio):
Resistant to elements: Due to being built for desert conditions, Mecha Scorpios have extreme resistance to heat (the hot sun), cold (the cold night), earth (the sand) and wind (the desert storms).
Burrowing: Mecha scorpio can burrow underground easily.
Nano-sand control: Mecha Scorpio can control the nano-sand that the desert is made of, allowing it to manipulate earth in a way.

Weaknesses and Limitations (Mecha Scorpio):
Weak to water: Due to being built for deserts with scarce water resources, Mecha Scorpio are not built to be waterproof.
Weak to electricity: The nanomachines that Mecha Scorpio is made of are very easy to short-circuit, no thanks to their small size.
Other notes:
Mecha Scorpio is based off Quickstrike from Beast Wars. Hence the snake for a stinger.

Strategy to defeat:
Kill it with water or electricity.
