Another OC of mine

Bio:

Name: "Rosie" (Real Name: Rose Waters)
Title: Blood Rose
Nicknames: "Rambunctious Rosie" (child), "Rowdy Rosie" (younger teen), "Rebellious Rosie" (older teen), "Regenerating Rosie", "Regrowin' Rose"
Species: Human
Race: Eurasian (Half British, Half Chinese)
Gender: Female
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
Goals in Life: Do whatever she wants without people trying to stop or capture her, and survive. Mostly enjoyment stuff.

Age: 27

Height: 185cm
Weight: "No, you're not going to, dammit!"
Eye Color: Brown, with Red contact lenses
Hair Color: Black

Blood type: O-

Economic Class: Middle Class
Residence: Anywhere she wants to take up
Occupation: Former Marine, now a survivalist
Marital Status: Single
Sexual Orientation: Bisexual

Friends and Acquaintances:
Brett: A soldier that found Rosie in the middle of the zombie infested city. He wants to take Rosie to the shelter where her parents and sister are. Unfortunately, she's not okay with his ordering her around, and the two tend to bicker often.
Gang members: Rosie's gang that she was acquainted with before and after her time in the Marines. She's pretty friendly with them, and has fought alongside them before.

Equipment:
Coat: allows her to carry more stuff than usual.
Backpack: When she wants to absolutely carry a huge amount of stuff.
Briar: Spiked Knuckles that allow Rosie to climb smoother walls, can be used in enhanced punch attacks for a bone-crushing attack.
Thorns: Spiked Boots that allow Rosie to climb smoother walls, can be used in kick attacks for a mean spiked kick.

Weapons and Tools:
As Rosie finds new weapons and tools, she can and will discard old ones or keep them aside. NOT ALL OF THESE ARE PRESENT ON HER AT ANY ONE MOMENT.
Machine Gun (Varies): Mid-ranged, anti-crowd weapon.
Rifle (Varies): Long-ranged, high damage single target weapon with low-medium rate of fire.
Shotgun (Varies): Close range, very high damage burst target with moderate RoF.
Handheld Gun x2 (Varies): Close-Long range, weak damage but fast RoF weapons. Also pretty light and easy to aim.
Handheld Dart Gun: Fires Roseblood Darts. A handheld tranquilizer gun nabbed from Genecorp scientists, she empties out the fluid from the darts and fills them with her own blood via a syringe.
Roseblood Darts: Syringe darts containing Rosie's blood. These can be fired at organics to transfuse her blood into them, saving them from disease/poison and helping them recover fast from injury. Since the amount is pretty small, the effect does not last long, for a few hours at most. She's quite reluctant to use these, only using it in times of extreme need such as saving a friend or those bitten by a zombie.
Syringe: Used to directly administer her own blood. Isn't really sterilized, but hey, there's no need to since her blood makes you immune to harmful bacteria, viruses, and parasites.
Crowbar: Mainly used to break open ATM machines and abandoned cars, it's also a neat melee weapon.
Climbing Picks: Nabbed from an abandoned sports store, these are primarily used to scale concrete buildings that lack good footholds, or cliff faces.
Lighter: A cigarette lighter, can be used to light up flammable substances when making traps, or to light up molotovs.
Cloth or Tissues: To wipe herself of sweat and zombie blood/parts. Can be used to make molotovs.
Flashlight: To help her see in the dark.
Swiss Army Knife: A multipurpose tool that is almost always with her. Can be used as a weapon or tool.

Vehicles:
Motorbike (Former, no longer available):
Rosie used to have a sweet ride alongside the other gang members, but when the zombie apocalypse started it got trashed pretty quickly.

Abilities and Strengths (Rosie):
"Roseblood": Rosie's blood in her veins, and heavily sought after. It comes with a variety of effects
- Panacea:
Rosie's blood contains powerful antibodies, white blood cells, and "unknown" cells that can destroy and cure any disease, poison, unnatural/forced mutations, or body-infesting parasites. Tranquilizers and toxins have no effect on her. Essential substances that are toxic in large amounts will be broken down until acceptable levels. Beneficial bacteria are spared from this.
-The unknown cell is produced within Rosie's bone marrow and released into her blood. It adjusts to a recipient's DNA and body, and attempts to restore them to their "original"/"untouched"/"natural" state by removing disease, poisons, unnatural/forced mutations. In the case of a parasite sucking blood/nutrients over a good period of time, the cells will consider all the parasite's cells as malignant cells, causing the parasite to degenerate rapidly until it dies.
-The cells will not target symbiotes as they are helpful and not harmful.
- Healing Factor:
Rosie's blood causes accelerated healing. Bruising is nearly instantaneously healed, minor cuts are healed in a second, major/deep cuts take a few seconds, bullet wounds and lost fingers/toes take more seconds, and lost limbs take a few minutes. Burning/freezing her does prevent the cells there from healing, although the burned/frozen area will "drop" off and fresh tissue will be regrown.
-Effects on deep-implanted Cybernetics are a bit different. The cells will initially attempt to reject the cybernetics, but after it quickly "realizes" that rejecting the cybernetics could harm the body further, it will help the body to accept the mechanical parts instead. In order to restore a cyborg with flesh-implanted parts to their original self, the cybernetics will need to be removed, then the flesh and organs in the missing areas will be regenerated.
-Effects on shallow-implanted cybernetics and prosthetics are different- since it would not be fatal for the body if removed, these would be removed (via relatively painless regeneration/degeneration) as the flesh and/or limb regenerates to its original state.
Near-Perfect Eyesight and Hearing:
Thanks to regeneration, any degeneration within her eyes or ears is healed, allowing her to see and hear very well, even at her age.
- Superhuman Transfusion:
As an O- blood type, Rosie's blood can be transfused into any organic being with a bloodstream via injection, giving them the same abilities for a duration depending on the amount transfused. Ingestion of blood can also be be used to acquire this effect.
Enhanced Reflexes:
Thanks to having been "trained" due to a rough life and having actual training, Rosie's reflexes are slightly better than the average human's, allowing her to avoid physical attacks with greater ease. Don't expect her to dodge bullets however.
"Enhanced" Strength: Not so much extra muscle, but more of a side effect of her regeneration. Due to her regeneration, Rosie can easily repair physical damage to her muscles, bones and nerves, allowing her to strike harder or strain herself when carrying weights, even if it damages her body.
"Enhanced" Speed: Likewise, Rosie is able to move faster and strain herself when doing so, knowing that her blood will regenerate the injuries.
Higher Pain Tolerance: Thanks to having suffered quite a good amount of strain and beatings, she's able to tolerate more pain than usual.

Weaknesses (Rosie):
"Roseblood" is not infallible:
-Requires food and energy:
The regeneration that "Roseblood" gives Rosie can be exhausted if Rosie replaces too much mass without eating. It does not recover lost limbs as quickly as it does not "reattach" them, and cutting off her arms/legs is a good way to exhaust her "regeneration/food supply".  Too much "use" will also exhaust her.
-Decapitation weakness:
Cutting off Rosie's head will end her, regeneration be damned.
-Can't enjoy certain things:
Due to toxin immunity, Rosie cannot get intoxicated, a caffeine high, or a high on drugs. She is immune to addiction, and only smokes/drinks because "it's rebellious".
-Opponents can use the blood:
By cutting her and opening a wound, she will bleed, and those who can consume the blood can enjoy its benefits. Her reckless nature tends to get her wounded more often than not.
-Can't remove genetic syndromes:
If injected into a person with a genetic syndrome, Rosie's blood will try to fix any active harm to the body done by the syndrome, but since it adapts the the DNA of every cell inside the target's body, it will treat the genetic syndrome as "normal" and will not try to fix the DNA. It would however try to fix the source of harm to the body caused by the syndrome, however.
Pain Tolerance isn't infinite: Hurt her enough and she'll eventually give in to the stress from the pain. A Taser will cause muscle contractions while still causing incredible pain, and can easily overwhelm her.
No mental immunity: Rosie, while having great physical regeneration and immunity to diseases/poisons/mutagenic influence, has no protection from mental manipulation. She can also be manipulated without mental powers, words can cause her to attack.
Valuable target: Having lots of people out to capture her for her blood can be a huge problem, and it doesn't help that she has violently attacked and killed people from organizations out to get her. Granted, some of them want her for nefarious purposes, but killing their forces only makes them want her even more.
Academically ignorant: Thanks to skipping class when younger, Rosie doesn't know much about most academics, except English, and some basic-to-advanced biology pertaining to circulatory and immune systems (thanks to being curious about her blood).

Fighting Style:
Before starting a fight, Rosie analyzes her opponent for a short while instead of charging in, often going by first impression. If it doesn't look tough or performs a "weak" first move, she'll attack it, and go reckless on it. If it looks tough or puts her into a tricky situation, she'll need to think on her feet, and possibly retreat while taking potshots.

Usually, she will open the fight by firing at her opponent if she has guns available. Depending on range, she'll use an appropriate gun for the situation.

If Rosie somehow gets into close range, she will use whatever melee weapons she has at her disposal, attacking with strong, unrestricted blows. Thanks to fighting in the streets, she knows some fighting techniques, and she will do and use whatever it takes to win.

Without a weapon, she will resort to using her spiked knuckles and boots, often trying to exert maximum power even if it hurts and strains her. She fights recklessly and brutally with her fists/legs, but knows some martial arts thanks to her Marine training.

Team Support:
Rosie's main method of support is via her Handheld Dart Gun. By firing darts containing her blood at allies, she can give them a huge regeneration boost plus immunity to poisons, diseases, and parasites for a few hours to a few days (depending on how much blood got transferred)

Mundane uses for powers:
Helping her friends get well
Drinking alcohol then avoiding DUI on her motorbike
Going for drinking contests
Going for eating contests
"Cheating" at arm Wrestling
Not having to worry about STDs during sex

Bio:
Rosie... is not what you'd expect from a girl with what is pretty much Panacea for blood. Instead of being demure, gentle, generous, polite... she's brash, violent, selfish, and foul-mouthed. She IS caring of her friends and her younger sister Lily, though.

Having lived her youth as a rather excitable and misbehaving problem child, Rosie disliked school and loved to play physical activities and games outside. Wanting to be like the boys since they could do all the cool action stuff, she decided to cut her hair short and dress up as one. During this childhood, Rosie did get little cuts, muscle strains and bruises, although they seemed to heal quite fast. Rosie thought this was all normal stuff, and this only helped inspire her to push herself to her physical limits more.

Rosie's behaviour just got worse as she grew up, and her parents started to get very worried about her. Playing truant, bullying and getting into fights with others when she did go to school (and always getting the blame thanks to healing her wounds), and mixing with the wrong people, eventually joining a delinquent gang. This soon led to streetfights, gangfights, riots against authority, and other things. And joining firearms training courses. Despite all this, Rosie would never show or tell her sister what she did, even as she was shouted at by parents. During this period, she began trying to test the limits of her regeneration by straining herself, doing higher leaps, athletics, running while carrying weight, etc.

Rosie's powers were made known to the public when one of her friends was severely and critically injured in a gangfight, requiring a blood transfusion. Rosie offered up her blood, and the procedure went as per normal. When her friend received the blood, not only did he recover from his injuries, it even cured him of the STDs he contracted as well. This made lots of public news stories, but also was the beginning of Rosie's nightmare of being hounded by people out for her blood now.

One day, when chilling out with her friends, Rosie was tasered and forcefully captured in a durable cage by an organization known as Genecorp, before being sent to a lab. Over there, she was restrained, and needles would constantly be inserted into her to draw her blood. Thanks to a timely power outage, Rosie broke free and was rescued by the police, but not before being shot with bullets (and healing herself) on the way out. It was a painful experience, but she knew that she had to get used to the pain.

After the incident, Rosie kept trying to test the limits of herself even further, including her pain tolerance. She learned to punch hard enough to tear her own muscle and injure her hands, twist parts of herself until they dislocated, and more. She even decided to sign up for the US Marines to learn more co-ordination, gun training, and working with others, although she heavily disliked the strict rules there. After a few years, she couldn't stand them anymore, and resigned, living her previous life of delinquency again, much to her parents' and sister's worry.

A few years later, Genecorp, using whatever resources they could get from Rosie's blood, managed to develop a miracle cure. Or so they had thought. Turns out, the batches were not only imperfect, but contaminated by a virus, and those who took it soon began dying, returning to life, and spreading the disease over the world. Knowing that there would be a huge number of people after her blood now, Rosie escaped the shelters and fled deep into the city, much to the horror and worry of her parents and sister.

It is over there where Rosie learned how to survive in a lawless city populated by zombies... and enjoy every moment of it kicking zombie ass while finding and taking stuff for free.

Personality Strengths:
Determined: It's pretty hard to make Rosie back down unless she knows that the situation is very unfavourable.
Street Smarts: Thanks to associating with various gangs/delinquents and generally wandering around the streets, Rosie's learned the ways of life in an urban environment.
Risk-taker: Rosie is wiling to take risks often, even if it's going to hurt her in the process.
Empathetic: When not in an excited/angered mood, she's pretty considerate towards her companions and can understand when they're feeling bad, avoiding talking about sensitive stuff at the wrong moment. Also knows how to sympathize with others who experienced similar bad situations as her.
Caring for friends: Deep down, under her rather rude and brash exterior, Rosie cares a lot for her friends, and attacking/hurting them is a surefire way to get her angry.

Personality Weaknesses:
Reckless:
Thanks to knowing that she can regenerate due to Roseblood, she's not above throwing herself into dangerous situations... and often biting off more than she can chew. She does have some common sense, though, and will not fight an opponent that is way stronger by herself.
Selfish: Rosie is rather selfish when it comes to sharing her stuff... especially her blood. Although, when it comes to helping out a friend... that may be an exception.
Foulmouthed: When Rosie talks, expect swear words in almost every sentence. At her most mellow, she'll still be popping in a few. Those who dislike swearing will not like her.
Short Temper: It's easy to set Rosie off if you push the wrong buttons, causing her to become angry or even violent.
Violent/Merciless: To Rosie, the best solution to a threat is to attack it. Even when talking would make more sense. Good luck trying to convince her not to kill off an unrepentant offender.
Rebellious: As a chaotic spirit at heart, Rosie HATES following orders and rules, preferring to do things on her own whim. She also doesn't do basic planning and may even deviate from the plan if she dislikes it.

Likes:
Eating, pushing her physical limits, exciting stuff like extreme sports, exercise, parkour, freedom of speech/expression, combat, her companions, drinking alcohol (she won't feel drunk however), smoking (won't feel the nicotine either), rebelling against authority, her younger sis.

Dislikes:
Seeing her companions or friends get hurt, rules, authority, boring stuff, math, science (exception: biology pertaining to circulatory and immune system), people who want to capture her, being imprisoned/restrained.

Other notes:
-Her concept was based on: "what if somebody had a cure/panacea for blood but was violently reluctant to donate it to others?"
-Also done to subvert powers based on personality.
-Rosie is not the only person with weird genetics, there are also other people in her world that exist with them. Most of the people do have more "realistic"/physical powers, so do not expect magic, fire/lightning/ice shooting or most forms of mind stuff.
-Roseblood on parasites only works if they're the sort to stick around body or enter it, such as parasitic worms, lice, mites, fleas, protozoans, anything that lays eggs inside her, etc. It won't work on mosquitoes, vampire bats, or lampreys which take a meal of blood before leaving, and in fact will probably make them receive Rosie's healing blood effects, but unable to spread disease anymore.
-Rosie's blood is extremely attractive and delicious to vampires. Thankfully, vampires don't exist in her world.
-Rosie is actually outmatched by most of my other OCs. Against any version of Thanatos, they can stealth then slice off her head. Against Procyon, he'd tase her constantly to render her helpless. Against Moonflower and co. they'd turn her into a useless animal without regeneration. Against Calia, Amber, Melanie or Rae, they'd either turn her into lifeless matter or atomize her entirely. Against any Meta... they'd make very short work of her with their high-powered energy attacks that will override her regeneration. Against Traveller... yeah, that's just one-sided.
