This was an actual exchange I had with some guy at Anime Boston. He spent about 20 minutes looking through my art just to drop that nugget of wisdom on me...at a CARTOON CONVENTION.Though seriously, I swear I'm usually more tactful, polite, and receptive to criticism. This dude just pressed the right "Make Kevin behave like a total ass" buttons. X_x

if this guy goes through your art work for 20 minutes and then criticizes you, hes just jealous.
best thing to say definately is "fuck you". if some fucker cant understand that artists have their own style, I wonder what the fuck hes doing at convention that is based on comics and animation.

Everytime people see my cartoons and say how they could draw the same or better, I always smile and hand them a piece of paper and then say "show me." Most people stop talking =]]
