Here it is,Deviant Bordermaker 1.5 This is a tool that everyone with a print acocunt should have.
Features

Future Plans

Yea, that was the goal. To make it as simple as possible and even provide a good help/faq document so people have everything they need to get the most out of the program. If you have any ideas for features or any other way to improve it let me know.

Gawd, dealing with the pain that is making borders and setting things up to be the right size for prints is more than half the reason why I haven't used my print account almost at all.

I feel the same. It takes a lot of energy to create prints. And I don't really see any sales much so it wasn't really worth it to spend all that time making prints. I will probally make an article or tutorial with tips and suggestions for people with print accounts.

Formatting prints for submission requires a great deal of time. Hopefully I can't help alleviate some of that

Hording something like this to myself would be a terrible waste. Besides, I worked too hard for it to be just used by myself. Hope you make an award winning print using this. You can use it to frame your Deviations. Many people say it adds professionalism to a Deviation.

I noticed that for massive files it shows the file as-is, pixel-for-pixel. It would be more useful if it scaled the image down to screen-size instead.

Yea I thought about that. But inorder to calculate the dimensions you need to read it from the image. And if you hit the preview button it resizes the picture to fit on your screen. I'll work on it and we shall see what I come up with.
