If you know your camera and stay away from the auto-everything-setting, you can do this too
You have to be in charge of your shutterspeed and aperture.

I did, but you can easily do this with a good non-digital camera too.

hey, tat's not really fog right? i mean is it just a longer exposure to let the water smooth itself out in the picture? my guess of how you did that... 'be funny if it was actually fog...

It's long exposure. If it was fog it probably would scare me

very nice shot, the water really looks like it is fog crawling down. the long exp even creates the feeling like the fog doesn't belong into the image, which does makeit look surreal. i wouldn't mind it being a little brighter thought. good work
