Description
I first heard a slightly different version of this joke from my father, and thought this would be another great joke to adapt into a Hetalia fancomic strip. Why?Well, after watching two seasons I noticed that all the European/Caucasian countries are blonde. America, Canada, France, England, Germany, Russia, Poland, Sealand...all blonde! The only exceptions I can recall are the Mediterranean countries (Greece, Spain, the Italy brothers etc.).
And as for this joke, I made Alfred the star because... well it just seemed to me something Alfred would do. As the archetypal red-blooded American male, Alfred F. Jones has many virtues...it's just that tact and sensitivity are not among them. In Hetalia he's basically an overgrown teenager
I actually think this strip is funnier than my previous strip but Your Mileage May Vary, of course.
Okay, penciled with 0.9 #2 mechanical pencil, inked with fine point Sharpie pen, colored with Crayola markers and Artist's Loft colored pencils.
Got Vash's suit wrong but what the hell, still looks like him
Also I can't draw guns neither. 
And yes, I just had to stick Ivan in there somewhere. Shut up!
Okay, for those who have trouble with my handwriting!
...So this guy walks into a bar and asks the bartender:
Hey, you wanna hear a great dumb blonde joke?!
...Listen, are you sure you want to do that?
See that big burly guy over there nursing a vodka? Yeah he's a blonde!
And that guy over there , with the AK-47? He's a blonde too!
Now obviously, I'm blonde, I'm no midget, and I'm not afraid of a fight! Now think long and carefully... are you sure you still want to tell that dumb blonde joke?
...
Aw, fuck it! No way am I gonna explain the joke three times!

The point of the joke is that Alfred completely missed Ludwig's subtle hints about the possible (and very painful) consequences of telling that dumb blonde joke. Instead of realizing the imminent possibility of getting bottled by Ludwig, or Ivan whaling on him with a faucet pipe, or Vash beating him about the head with his Peace Prize, Alfred simply thinks that he shouldn't tell the joke because it'd be more trouble than it's worth to explain the joke three times.
