Edit: Fixed the name of the emote from 'pout' to 'cry' and fixed the hand motions and tears

I think the tears should stop when s/he is rubbing her/his eyes, and, it should be rubeyes, for :rubeyes:, yanno.

Well I don't know what the icon dude is doing, but a pout is something done with the lips, often by models, catalina guiradio does it a lot. Check google images

The emote is supposed to be like rubbing it's eyes. When some people cry...mostly little kids, they whipe their eyes a lot.
