This is quiet a funny tutorial and funny... adn about the red Channel way... you can also use the Layer style (double click on sketch layer) and click on the color overlay and change color (it is red in the beginnig... maybe it is usefull^^.

hmm of the cycle my sketching goes like this:
-calmly and sensibly explain to the paper that it needs to behave
-continue negotiations
(then i like to add in my own)
-stab paper violently until it cooperates
-erase/draw until the point where you can't even see what you're doing anymore
-leave and find zen...or some form of zen
-come back...start over
-end up doing whole thing with tablet because too lazy to get paper when the composition/pose finally strikes you

thats me xD haha altho i do like to get things out on paper, i press WAY to hard...its a terrible habit xD trying to stop doing that...
anyways even tho this is almost 2 years old, still very helpful and amusing xD
