Description
Since people have been asking about how I do this, I decided to make a tutorial! I hope it helps :3 It's my first tutorial.If anyone has questions, don't be afraid to ask!

hah i actually just tried to do it, but im workin with PS7
worked with layers and the blending options. turns out color dodge works pretty well
i actually uploaded my try if you'd like to look.

Change the new layer to 'color'

hey how did you manage to color around the eyebrows and eyelashes so well?

When you change the layer to 'color' it shouldn't affect the eyelashes or eyebrows
