guess i got to agree, that this is weaker than the previous editions. as you know my preference, the reason for this is not the lack of tech presets but also of style. the best preset in this pack (and probably this year) has got to be apple to my eye, baaaaaad bwoy. all stuff carrying the name of tuggummi (remix and original) and the convicts are the only other presets i enjoyed. the naming scheme of the remixes is very confusing, got to change that in future.

The presets I liked the most:
Denkensiefursich - The Convicts: Nice colors!
Tuggummi - Viscous Reloaded (Inverted Mix): Dreamy!
Tuggummi - Skybeam Disco (Neon Spray Mix): Like the particles, the presets feels a bit empty though (the original feels even emptier - sorry ^..^ :/)
Overall not my cup of tea. There were no real highlights for me, since I'm neither an art fan nor a style addict. However this definitively is good work - well done, guys!

*cough* FPS *cough* i couldn't make out too much of this preset because i get amazingly low FPS rates. that 3d building thingy looks good tho.

c'mon. i know i'm known for making slow, effect overloaded presets, but this one can't be forgiven. 7,5 FPS.... ok i turned pixel doubling on and i think i can see what the preset's about and it's a good idea, but please optimise it next time...these presets only made my winamp freeze.

Very fun mix of presets, especially considering these are artists I hardly know about outside my DA world. I was really impressed with the work of Steven Roy and Boktor, although both artists have got to clean up their presets before I can really enjoy them. I think Bochner nearly crashes my comp every time I load it up. If anything, it would have been nice for Tugg to sit this one, because his work is so polished, it overshadows the presets made by everyone else. I like the diversity in the originals, but I didn't feel like the remixes were that great. But then again, packs like this are always fun to shuffle through and look at how a group works off each other. Well done to everyone involved!

And here i was thinking my presets were the worst of the pack, silly me. To be frank i don't like the original i made for this at all and since you said you don't care for remixes... that leaves me nothing, so basicly i did sit out this one

I'm going to agree with Tugg somewhat on the pack balance, overall I think its a little more consistent without the "bigger names" in the mix, having said that Tugg's presets to me are still noticably the best. Anyway (hmm, i can probably copy paste tuggs formatting for this) ...
The text effect is interesting and well executed but geh, that background is awful
The preset is very nice, but all that text junk is just destracting for a visualisation preset
Very nice, a lot of variety so it is good for prolonged watchings, it is a little slow tho
That mosaic effect ruins it a bit for me, without it its cool with the right music
smooth, pretty, solid preset.
yellow and blue, argh. I like the model and idea tho
It looks a bit like you didnt know what to do so you just threw some effects together, I dont really think enough thought went into the design.
I love the idea and its well executed. The patterns it forms could be a little more interesting but its still very nice (btw Frame rate limiter? why?!)
hrm, wall presets are a bit yawny, good music response tho
mmmmm, shading. General asthetic construction is great, it would be nice if the ring was a bit more responsive tho

Its zoomed lines and blobs with a gradiant. er... yea
This is coolness, I cant be arsed reading your processing code but it produces a nice music response effect. One of my favs in the pack

Finally!
Even though some of the "bigger names" left out, i was still looking really forward to this compilation, they have so far been fun & various packs and this one is no exception. Maybe not up to par with the previous one (mostly because of jetwash 
Personally i couldn't provide but one original and even that doesn't seem so good now and i feel sorry for the poor bastard(s) who got it in the remix lottery 
But now id like to enlist all the presets and write a few words about them, i shall start...
Yes, that is quite a trick there! I don't even want to know how you pulled that off, i think my head would explode... Also i love the old-school demo style! Great work Steven
Well im not familiar with Bochner's art (not much of an art person either...), the preset is nice, but so incredibly slow! I get 8.5fps which is well beyond enjoyable nowadays imo.
Same problem as with Bochner, just too slow to be really enjoyable, shame though, it's a good preset otherwise.
A good flow preset in quite a while, the colors are awesome and the effects look great, a bit empty at times though or maybe i should just play louder music? Yeah, that fixed it

I got this in the remix-roullette, but i didn't feel like remixing it. The preset seems nothing else than the fancy scope (which is the same mistake i made 
It's a nice good idea, but needs a bit more polishing in my opinion and the spectrum seems out of place here, i think it has sufficient music reaction even without the spectrum.

A good original one, personally i could go without the mosaic and have the buffer save 2 at 50/50. Certainly, one of the better presets you've lately produced Wotl

A good remix with some good effects and the framerate is decent enough now Boktor
I like how the framing changes a bit and the colors are good too. A bit flickering preset at times, but nothing to worry too much about.

Great job fellas! As i said, i'll say again: This i think is the most balanced pack yet, whether or not that's a good thing is up to the viewers i guess, i like it, i like it so much i'll add it to my favourites!
