It's done...It's done, diddly, done. I think I'm going to cry...
I'm really happy with this tutorial, even though it looks cheap and dodgy (took me three days to make it, and even so it still looks cheap and dodgy), because I did everything myself! I figured out all the little buttons and liksies and everything, without even using the Flash tutorials! HEEE!
As I promised the peoplies out there who keep asking me 'How the HUCK do you colour like that?!', here's a little COPIC Tutorial for you. But just because I do it this weay, doesn't mean EVERYBODY has to. Get your own style! Develop individually! Be unique! AND DON'T STEAL MY WAYS! XDDD

I love you. Heh...yeah...I hope this helps cure my blotchy picture-ness... .........thing.....anyway...question...do you have the line art? I think it would be good to possibly have the line art for people to practice coloring on, so they -meaning me- have something to referance too.

I thank you for making this tutorial almost three years ago now.
It's funny that you say to use a white pencil. Seeing as I can't shade for jack, I use colored pencils on top of the COPIC. I don't have the patience, so I just slap some darker color that's relevant to the marker color.
With shining, or giving a glow, whatever, I used paint. 'course, my painting skillz blow, so I can't get that purty shine on hair. x] So, I'm going to borrow your tip on using the white pencil. I know my father has a ton in stock -- I'll just jack his.

*sigh* I had to drive 2 frickin hours to get to the only good art store in the city, and they didnt even have them. just these tria brand marker thingies that only came in a set for 300 canadian dollars. Great tutoral though. Its really easy to understand!^^

Sakura makes some pretty good brush pens. Not as good as copics of course but also not as expensive. Sakura is the same company that makes Micron pens.

I've been looking for a good tutorial on Copics and I think yours is one of THE BEST I've seen.. too bad I don't HAVE copics TT~TT (Gotta start somewhere with the collection right?
This tutorial was really helpful and clear. There are some tutorials where they're like and then you do this, and this and your done! So I really like the detail and effort you put into this, its REALLY nice. 
Copics are like $6 a marker where I live, but I'll find a way!! *does the ebay dance*

This tutorial should be really useful to me. I have a question though, I don't have much experience with markers, what kind of markers should I practice with first? You know, decent markers that are relatively cheap or something.

This prooves very helpful. I have copic sketch, but i dont see any difference between the two other then ones squared and ones round XD. I think i should get some better paper. + fav ^^
