Description EDIT 1,000,000: Okey. So I'm going to probably edit this a ton. I'll stop once PCBC2 actually starts. C:
EDIT 1,000,001: Cut out some stuff that's irrelevant because this thing just goes on forever.
EDIT 1,000,002: Added more stuff because I'm that cool. I figure if you just want the basics, the team ref has that.

So here's my trainer for , myself. P: Kinoko was tacked on because he's saucy.

Lolz. I've been stalking PCBC since early-mid last year. So psyched for PCBC2, but hella nervous too. >:

I've actually had this finished for a little while...I was planning on sending my ref in with my audition, but my audition is going to take a while, so why not send the ref in? I've been editting it like a madman, but I gotta stick with something. I talk too triggin' much about myself.

Those shoes are gonna kill somebody. XD;; Luckily shoes can be pretty much ignored and a comic can still be enjoyable.

Name: Dillian Nicole Seijitsu
Nickname: Dill (also affectionately referred to as Diru, Diruru, Roo, and Dillski)
Sex: Female
Birthday: Oct 7
Age: 17
Hair/Eyes/Skin: Dark Brown / Dark Brown / Eggshell
Height: 5'2"
Hometown: Ecruteak, Johto
BFF: Olive! [link] ( [link] [link] )
Ultimate Rival: Krissi. [link] (butwait! Where did Kenny go? [link] )
Other Rival: Younger brother, Mikey
Team Ranking: 0, GAWD ALMIGHTY
Poke Ball: MASHED POTATO BALL

Personality: Dill is usually shy and has to warm up to people before she starts to act like her dorky, sarcastic, pseudo-cocky self. Around older people and people of authority that she doesn’t know, she’s sweet and awkwardly polite. She tends to avoid people around her own age that she doesn’t know, unless they are nerds or geeks like her. She does get along well with people around her age who are extremely friendly and outgoing. Her personal self-improvement goal or whatever is to be less shy.

Dill and her friends like to act like she’s “so awesome” but she doesn’t really think she’s that fantastic. She is generally comfortable with herself and can even fall into the trap of OVERCONFIDENCE. She is apparently ‘intense’.

She is practically incapable of stopping or quitting something if she feels she is expected to do it (for example: a race, a battle, a test, a scholarship application), assuming she's already started. If she lets herself get engaged in something competitive, she gets extremely excited (jumping-up-and-down-and-shouting excited) and will even break out of her ‘shy’ mode around strangers (a good example of this is how she is when battling). She often switches between being a procrastinator and an obsessive maniac when it comes to ‘projects’.

She can sometimes be testy at first with people that come off as not-so bright or that are overly friendly. Once she determines that a person is genuinely no-so bright and/or genuinely overly friendly, she usually gets along with them.

She actually dislikes confrontation, but she has a lot of anger in the bank, which can be steeled and used to stand up for herself if she needs it. Even though she usually appears to be the quiet, shy and nerdy type, she has episodes of violence, such as poking people in the eyes when they get in her face or shoving people out of windows (ohohoho. How that must sound out of context). She’s the sort to keep her negative emotions inside and try to laugh them off or channel them into a drive to win, but they sometimes end up exploding in her face. Even though she’s sarcastic herself, in true Eddy from Ed, Edd ‘n Eddy style, she can’t always recognize other people’s sarcasm unless it’s the “dripping” kind.

Dill’s also a goody-two-shoes and feels really guilty after she realizes she’s acted like a jerk or done something bad. She dislikes drugs of any kind (even caffeine omg) and tobacco. Interestingly enough, she has considered a bartender as a possible career. In arguments and debates, she sometimes likes to be the devil’s advocate.

History: Dill was born in some no-name town in Johto and moved around a bit when she was younger. Sometime in her childhood, she was given a Pichu from a local breeder as pet by her parents. That Pichu, nicknamed Kinoko, later became her starter. Her family finally settled in Ecruteak when she started middle school. She loved Ecruteak because it was a quiet place to live that was close to awesome places to go like Goldenrod, the national park, the Lake of Rage, and Olivine, and Ecruteak had lots of history and ghost stories (even though she was afraid of ghosts). She followed the first PCBC on the television and was wowed by the incredible final match.

She went on her first (and so far only) Pokemon journey when she was fourteen with her already well-traveled but younger best friend Olive. She chose to go to Sinnoh because supposedly a lot of Pokémon that were rare in Johto were fairly common there. During that journey, she balanced her school work (she and Olive were on independant study) with her slowly growing team. After she collected all eight badges in Sinnoh, she challenged the Pokémon League, but lost in the preliminaries. She then spent half a year being a gym trainer for Crasher Wake since she had two water types on her final team. It was during that time that she grew her fondness for Water and Ground Pokémon and became somewhat obsessed with Buizel and Floatzel.

She returned home to Johto at about fifteen and a half, intending to raise up an army of Floatzel to take on some other league with. Her Floatzel army hasn’t been doing well however. As it turns out, it’s hard to have a team consisting entirely of the same species of Pokémon. She suffered horrible defeat after horrible defeat with her Floatzel army-in-progress in some small, local tournaments.

The summer before she turned seventeen, her little brother, Michael, (who is legally blind) started his first Pokémon journey. She lent him her dependable Infernape, Momo, to act as his guardian and to help him around the unfamiliar land. Mikey is still half a year into his Pokémon journey, and Momo is still accompanying him.

Relationships

Kinoko: Kinoko is Dill’s oldest friend and most trusted Pokémon. The two are practically joined at the shoulder-chin. They are only ever apart when one of them is doing bathroom business. They did spend measureable amounts of time apart when Dill was training under Crasher Wake.
Kinoko is told all of Dill’s girly little secrets, and if there’s anyone who knows what’s churning in Dill’s head besides Dill herself, it’s Kinoko. Kinoko is Dill’s voice of reason and is almost always the one to calm her down, cheer her up, or get her to play nice. There relationship isn’t totally weighted on Kinoko’s side; when Kinoko doesn’t know what to do in a game because he can’t read, Dill will help him. Kinoko has been given affectionate nicknames like “Kinoky-Dokey”, "Kinoks" and “my portable BFF”.

Dee: Dee is the fun, troublemaker friend. Dee and Dill have their fun times: joking, goofing around, wrestling (Dee always wins, of course), playing games, dreaming up workouts for the other Pokémon, bro fisting and chest bumping. However, Dill and Dee don’t live on the same moral plane, which can cause great frustration for Dill and great confusion for Dee.
Dee is Dill’s strongest Pokémon, but off of the battlefield, she’s not the most reliable. Dill’s learned not to ask Dee to do any favors or to let her in on any secrets that need to remain secret. Dee’s alcoholism is also a problem, and Dill has to constantly remember to keep her away from any wine. Dill’s not always on her toes, however.
They both use immature insults like "buttface" as terms of endearment for each other.

Momo (not participating): Dill lent her little brother Momo for his first adventure because he’s her second most trusted Pokémon, and more capable of helping Mikey with the whole traveling gig. Dill’s not as close to Momo as she is to Kinoko or Dee, but they both know each other well, respect one another, and consider each other friends all the same.

Moniker: Dill spoils Moniker rotten because he’s just so darn cute. She plays with him and talks to him like he’s a little kid and he adores the attention. Dill hopes that participating in the tournament will change the entitled attitude he’s developed and keep him from turning into some variation of Mossimo.

Wranger: Dill loves Rhydon, so she really wants to get along with Wrangler. Wrangler is two steps short of amoral and doesn’t care. Dill’s biggest challenges with Wrangler are getting him to not destroy stuff, to actually do training exercises, and to listen to her at all.

Zinc: Zinc seems to prefer to be alone, and Dill lets her do that. Zinc’s extreme introversion does worry Dill a little, so when Zinc does want to interact, Dill encourages her. They get along pretty well when they’re battling and both can get carried away in all of the fun, but once the battle’s over, Zinc reverts to her loner ways.

Mossimo: Mossimo was once like Moniker, Dill’s little goo-goo-ga-ga baby. Now that he thinks he’s so cool, Dill finds him amusing in a different way. Since Mossimo thinks he’s awesome at life, he tries to help Dill with her problems, and Dill likes to humor him.

Grif: Grif is lazy and doesn’t do much except for slide around in mud. Dill and Grif once had a good time sliding around in mud together, but other than that, they don’t do much together besides eat and battle.

--
Olive: They've been homies since Dill was in sixth grade and Olive was in fifth. Olive's been traveling the PokeWorld since she was ten and returning to Ecruteak every few months, so they don't see each other that often. They hug a lot, flail around, make random noises, and say "your mom" in reply to almost everything.
Dill is (slighter) older and (much) wiser when it comes to Pokemon even though she's spent less time on adventures and such, so Dill sometimes takes on a mentoring role towards Olive.

Kenny: Kenny sucks. Dill rules.

Notes
. She's a cross-country and track runner. She loves to ruuuuuuuuun and has a naturally fast sprint, although she's not a sprinter and likes to make fun of sprinters with her other long-distance crazies. (10 miles for breeeeeakfaaaaaast)
. She talks to all of her Pokémon like she can understand them. She can, at least, to some degree, understand most of what her Floatzel say, and gets the gist of what the Pokémon she knows well enough are saying. She could carry on philosophical conversations with Kinoko and Dee, if either one was philosophical.
. She's used to battling with physical sweepers like Floatzel, so she'll have to adjust to having more than half her team be slowpokes. She's traded in agility and speed for defense and range.
. That being said, she still prefers a long and hard battle to a quick and easy one.
. Likes ‘academic’ jokes and is a little nerdy. (A neutron walks into a bar and asks the bartender “How much for a drink?” to which the bartender replies “For you, no charge.”)
. She has sleeping issues. She goes to bed every night as early as 9, but sometimes can’t fall asleep for hours. She’s noticed that nights like these tend to happen two nights before a big event, like the night BEFORE Christmas Eve or two days BEFORE something like, say, a big tournament.
. She dislikes the cold.
. She is fairly knowledgeable about Pokémon. She knows her type match-ups and has a general (i.e. GENERAL) idea of what attacks every species of Pokémon can learn, and knows most Pokémon’s abilities. She knows the average stats of a many of the popular species of Pokémon. However, she does occasionally forget those sorts of things.
. Talking bad about her pokémon annoys her and might even catch her off guard, but insulting her, Dee, Kinoko or Momo to her face will likely piss her off, especially if she’s already tense (like she’s in a battle).
. Has a burning hatred of thieves. BUUUUURRRRNIIIIIING
. She can be surprised, but she never screams out of shock or fear. If you catch her off guard, she'll flinch and look at you weird.
. She's acrophobic (has an extreme fear of heights). Still not likely to scream or yelp, but she shuts down mentally when she's somewhere up high without good, solid ground under her feet and she gets nervous around cliffs and such things.
. She thinks (or at least hopes) that the USA is the greatest place ever with its cheeseburgers and exploding holidays. She's especially interested in California, since that's where all the famous people live and their governor is a Terminator.

Speech
. Normally doesn’t cuss and replaces curse words with fun words like “butt” and “friggern”, “frickin”, and the ever popular “frak”. Will most definitely cuss when pissed off and may cuss when in cussy company. She’s almost assuredly going to cuss if she’s fighting an opponent that cusses a lot.
. Will sometimes sprinkle big words in or overcomplicate her sentences as a joke. Haha. Heehee.
. Is sort of fond of puns and repeating a word in a sentence if she thinks the word repetition sounds good (see the parentheses for “du’mass”)
. Says “hurhurhur” when she or someone else tries and fails at being funny or says something really stupid
. Common phrases to tack onto sentences: “or something”, “and stuff”, “that too”
. Favorite adjective: awesome
. Most common texting lingo: WTF, OMG, omg*, lol*, rofl*, STFU, GTFO
* pronounced as if it was a word
Slanguage:
(Sometimes she’ll actually pronounce these words correctly. If she’s carefully choosing her words or being serious, she’ll almost always say them right.)
. t's that are in-between an 'n' and an 'er' or 'y/ee' sound will sometimes be dropped (ex: "win'er" [winter], en'ertaining [entertaining], twen'y [twenty])
. fer = for
. yer = your, you’re
. thur = they're, their, there
. yar = yes
. prob’ly, pro'ly = probably
. ‘specially = especially
. c’iosity = curiosity
. hafta, hasta = have to, has to
. ‘sall right = it’s alright/all right
. ‘sokay = it’s okay
. in’ = words that end in ing
. hella = really, very
. du’mass (doo-mass) = dumb ass (this particular word came from Dill’s mom. She says it so often, she sometimes even says it when she means to actually say the actual word)
(ones she usually pronounces correctly, but every once in a while will shorten)
. ‘em, ‘ey, ‘e = them, they, he/she
. ‘is, ‘ese, ‘ose, 'at = this, these, those, that
(ones she just can’t seem to pronounce right)
. melee – pronounced like the word “me” and the name “lee” instead of “may-lay”
Derogatory and Exclamatory Words/Phrases:
(cool stuff that she just says)
. sweet Suicune/Entei/Raikou!
. Arceus/Oh, Arceus/OMA!
. mankey balls (balls that Mankey play with. Hurhur)
. TS (Tauros poo-poo)
. beezie (female dog, as made popular by Mac Dre)

Favorites
. Pokémon Species: Miltank and Tauros (and also Floatzel, obviously)
. Pokémon on Team: Kinoko (Pichu) and Dee (Floatzel)
. Elements: Water, Ground, Poison
. Terrain: Forests, rivers, lakes
. Strategy: Knock the enemy out before they even know what hit them.
. Colors: green, orange, yellow

Motivations and Goals
General:
. Beat the Pokémon league
. Raise a full team of powerful Floatzel and beat the Pokémon league or win a major tournament with it
. Have at least one of every Water Type and at least of every Ground Type (the exceptions being Swampert and Rhyperior, both of which she dislikes for superficial reasons)
PCBC related:
. She wants to see how far she can get in the tournament, and wants to determine whether her Floatzel army isn’t doing so well because of the natural difficulties of having a team consisting entirely of one species of Pokémon or if it’s because she sucks.
. She also wants to win it so she can shove her victory in Kenny’s face
. She wants to use the tournament as a way to hang out with Olive
. She also wants to win because winning is fun
. In some small part, she just wants to have some awesome battles to cheer Dee up

Pokemon She Dislikes For Stupid, Immature Reasons

Rhyperior, Swampert

---

(Height: Average species height/individual height)

Kinoko, Pichu
Sex: Male
Type: Electric
Ability: Static
Nature: Naive
Attacks: Charm, Thunderbolt, Charge, Iron Tail
Team Ranking: 2; the kick-ass old overgrown midget
Pokéball: Poké Ball

Personality: Although he may look disinterested sometimes, Kinoko is very sensitive, bashful, modest and generally a little wimpy boy. Like Dill, he’d rather sit around and do nothing (or at least play videogames) all day, but when called to action, he puts in his best effort. Dill likes to embarrass him by dressing him in girly clothing, but he’s grown (sort of) used to it and TAKES IT LIKE A wimpy MAN. Blushing is lyk his favoritist thing to do EVER.
He dislikes most males for some reason and gets along best with girls. He hates using Charm, because he at least seems to believe that he has some small smidgen of manhood in him. Sexual innuendos and perverted stuff horribly offend him.

History: Kinoko was raised by an elderly couple that also happened to be creepy breeders. Kinoky-Dokey was creeped out by their creepiness and all of his siblings were adopted before him, so he never really got attached to anyone. He lived at the breeding center for just over a year before Dill’s parents bought him as a gift for their awesome one-digit-year old daughter. As soon as Dill and Kinoko met, it was BFF-love at first sight for Dill and WTF at first sight for Kinoko.
Dill grew on Kinoko and he came to see her as his friend, but he still didn’t evolve. Despite all of their years together being bros-for-life, he still hasn’t evolved. This fact used to worry Dill, but she’s come to accept it now and doesn’t really think about it. However, it’s not uncommon for other people to wonder why this Pichu that she’s had so long hasn’t evolved into a Pikachu yet.
Kinoko was Dill’s starter when she went on her journey. He single-handedly beat Roark using just his agility and a lot of Iron Tails. Dill didn’t catch another pokemon until they found Momo burning down Eterna Forest. Kinoko and Momo hated each other until Dee came along and threatened their lives. Some time after Dee’s wildness was calmed by the constant presence of food and by lots and lots of battles, the three started to get along. Eventually they became something that resembled a team, and from there, friends.
When Dill was training under Crasher Wake, Kinoko didn’t do much fighting and mostly just played videogames. He got back into fighting once they returned to Johto and Dill took up Bug Catching contests again.
Age has started to catch up with him, which is part of the reason he’s only an alternate for the tournament. He was born knowing Volt Tackle, but Dill recently switched it out for the less strenuous Thunderbolt.

Special: He is extremely large and strong for a Pichu. His fur is very bright. His cheeks are black and his eyes are blue with lightning bolts. He plays Dill’s Nintendo DS, but only turn-based games since he’s small and doesn’t have thumbs, and he often needs Dill’s help since he can’t read. He’s always out of his pokéball and is typically chillaxing in Dill’s hood.

Height: 0’11.8”/2’0”
Held Item: (sometimes) Completely Useless Pair of Blue Goggles (which do provide him eye protection, but little else; worn somewhere on his face)
Battle Stats: Kinoko is larger than, or at least as tall as, a Pikachu, and in his prime he was faster than a Raichu. His special attack remains somewhere between a Pikachu and a Raichu, but his physical attacks have weakened with age.
Since his body isn’t built for taking too much damage, he uses his speed and agility to dodge attacks. If he really needs to, he’ll soften up his opponent with a Charm. He prefers to attack up close, where his electricity doesn’t need to travel through the air as much and lose power. Ideally, he’ll conduct his electricity through an Iron Tail attack.
He typically tries to dodge his opponent's attacks since his body can't handle too much damage. If for some reason he can't dodge, he might block it with an Iron Tail. His tail grows when he uses Iron Tail.

Notes:
. If he’s feeling some extreme emotion, he’ll let loose a spark
. His theme song is "Spontaneous Devotion" by Random.
. Dill named him "Kinoko" because it means 'mushroom' (or sapling) and she thought that was funny
--

RELATIONSHIPS

Dill: Dill was the first living being that Kinoko ever became attached to. Dill's never out of Kinoko's sight and rarely farther than a foot step away. The only time when they were ever really apart was when Dill was training under Crasher Wake. Although Kinoko usually just quietly listens to what's going on around him, Dill often asks for his opinion on things, something Dill doesn't extend to many people.
Despite their closeness, Kinoko never evolved, and it does not appear that he will evolve anytime soon, especially since nowadays Dill carries Mossimo's Everstone around.

Dee: Most of Dee and Kinoko's interactions are heavy on Dee's part, but Kinoko does pay attention and try to help out Dee, since he does consider her a friend. Sometimes when Dill's distracted with something, they'll joke around and they like to provide commentary during Dill's battles, provided neither of them are battling.

Wrangler: Kinoko distrusts him and wishes Dill would release him. Or throw his pokeball over a cliff.

Grif and Mossimo: Kinoko finds them annoying.

Moniker: Kinoko thinks he's a little annoying, but puts up with him since Dill and Dee love him so much.

Zinc: Softie Kinoko would like to cheer Zinc up and be her friend, but he leaves her be.
