I wanted to draw Elwen Mora because Iβve love *VyrL 's depictions of her. Elwen is an Efraet (immortal human, sorceress) sensual and strong, a little crazy and mysterious-looking, but also soft and vulnerable at times. From what I've gathered, this character has loved and lost a lot in her life, hence the nostalgic, longing look she sports above.
Pencil shaded and painted over in Photoshop, trying to keep some of the texture.

Lovely! I've been trying very hard to capture Elwen's character myself... but you seem to have done so already in image and words, both. love the mood, and the angle, and the cushions and beams bordering the frame. <3

All is good with me, in general. But life has smooth and rough patches, so it is all relative...
