hiya i'm just curious "the design of the clothing must not resemble that of a non-believing woman."
in modern society is it acceptable for a muslim woman (whom may or may not where a hijab) to wear westernized clothing?
p.s : i'm totally in love with your work and you have helped me gain an intrest and a better understanding of the islamic religion thank you

if the westernized clothes make the Muslim woman look like a non-Muslim woman, then I believe it's not acceptable.

Thank you. This was very helpful. Also, I must say another thing. I really like everything you do, your Islamic cartoons are very nice.
In America where almost everything has hints of christianity in it, Islamic children will, without a doubt be exposed to much christian influence. But with these Islamic comics, it gives kids the same entertainment as American cartoons and they won't have a wobbley view on their own religion. A way to combat, (if you will) the constant christian influence that flows into the mind of vulnerable children.
ANYWAY! On a personal note, nice tutorial! It REALLY helped me

Assalaamu alaikum
I am Christian.
But of course Christians' purpose is to be in a relationship with Jesus Christ~
But that doesn't mean i don't have to wear a Hijab, right?
It even says in that Bible that woman should dress appropriately. I believe a Hijab are appropriate to wear, especially since Jesus's mother Mary [Peace be upon to her~] and many other woman in the Bible wear Hijabs. All the more reason why I don't understand the society I live in-shunning woman wearing Hijabs. As I teen girl, I could careless if people make fun of me if I ever wear a Hijab. I pray that in the future,I will find/buy/wear a Hijab. : D
I been dying to wear a Hijab for many reasons! : D It shows the true beauty of a woman, herself.
To show that I as a Christian, respect other Religions, like the Muslims.
To enjoy that safe feeling/have more of the safe feeling (Ex. Like wearing a shirt/pants to protect your private areas.)
To show that as girls with different beliefs and religions, we are still consider "Sisters" under God's behalf.
Plus. Hijabs are sooooooooooooo beautiful in fashion sense! They have an amazing purpose and use. I adore the Muslims' tradition and beauty of the religion even more
Wassalaamu alaikum.

Assalamu laikum Akhi.
Wonderful tutorial. I was wondering if you could teach us how to draw facial features. Such as, the anime eyes, nose, mouth, and hair you use in your art. If so I would be extremely grateful and other people would find it beneficial and helpful. Thank you so much.

I am sorry, it may seem well slightly small in a whole.
But this tutorial is just amazingly simple, and I am lost for words at its lovely process.

So that's how you draw hijabs. Haha. 8D I don't really do it this way but it's very educative. I'm that kind of person that don't actually learn to draw from basics. Like drawing a head first before drawing the hijab. I should try learn this style too. >w<;;;
